Great house just a short Uber trip to the university. Awesome back deck where we were able to spread out and enjoy the mornings and evenings.

Excellent location for Bulldog family weekend. This house provided us a wonderful spot to visit with our sweet daughters and her friends and cook some homemade goodies. What a treat! Very cleanWell stocked too—which is so appreciated as much as I travel. Highly recommend this property

Great property with great communication from property manager. The rooms were good and the kitchen was well apportioned with equipment (including a Keurig)No complaints! Easy drive to campus and cotton district.

Perfect Stay for Mississippi State Graduation

We had a great stay here for MSU Spring graduation. Beautiful house in a great location with a well-stocked kitchen. The host was excellent, even adjusting our reservation a few times back and forth as the dates changed -- incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Graduation Home

This house was perfect for our family during our son’s graduation from MSU! The kitchen and large outdoor deck had everything we needed to host a family cookout. Jo Ellen was awesome at communicating with us. She even helped us find a baker to make a cake for our son. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Tidy & nice.

Location, property, cleanliness, listing accuracy and amenities were great. Were thankful for the coffee station (oddly, the coffee maker stopped working during second morning). Host was very communicative.

Sorry you had trouble with the Keurig coffee maker. After running water through it several times I was able to get it working again. Just so this will not be an issue again I have stocked the kitchen with a second coffee maker. This additional coffee maker is a combination of a 12 cup drip as well as a single k-cup.

Comfortable, updated home!

Our family group of 7 people had a great stay in this updated, comfortable home! The 3 bedrooms with queen beds was great but one of the bedrooms also has a daybed with a trundle underneath, so it was perfect for children or teenagers. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to stay in to cook before the game. A nice deck with both a charcoal and gas grill and backyard for tossing around a football. Private neighborhood and great location! Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Will for sure be staying here again!

2024 Grad Celebration!

We've affectionately renamed this house the Grad House because it was the perfect spot to celebrate our grad! JoEllen was AMAZING! SO accommodating! We had family friends in and out for 2 days and it was plenty of space. We enjoyed the large deck and private backyard too. If you need a spot for any State sports activity or celebration book this house. Bonus.... Super close to everything!

Thanksgiving Week Stay

Stayed for the week to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter and her friend and attend the Egg Bowl with our tailgate group. The house was perfect!! Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was amazing for cooking Thanksgiving (twice)! Well equipped and big enough to have a few cooks at work! With a nice dining table and living room, we had plenty of "hang out" space. The back deck and yard were also nice, although we did not take full advantage. Location was perfect for quick access to the district and the stadium. 10 out of 10 - would recommend!

Even better!!

Large family group- mom, dad, son Plus grandparents plus aunt and uncle We loved the clean, super super (yes super) well equipped LARGE kitchen. The den worked well- I thought it may be too small and it wasn’t. The back deck was wonderful- my mother in law loved getting up early and having her coffee on the deck. It was a short drive to campus. We could hear things from campus if on the front lawn… once inside, can’t hear campus parties. We felt safe! The place was decorated so lovely with some legitimate antiques and pictures telling about the history of the home renovation. The owners were chill and so easy to communicate with - just felt perfect! Oh I slept great!! Yes, definitely recommend this one

Great place to stay for a football weekend.

This house was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for MSU football. It’s a short walk, or even shorter drive, to the stadium and to University Avenue. The house is nicely decorated, has a well-equipped kitchen, fenced yard and comfortable beds. Everything we needed.

Comfy and Cozy

Wonderful house…very clean and cozy. Will definitely stay again. We had an issue with travel timing due to a Hurricane on the East coast, and the host was very accommodating.

Family stay for Graduation

Our family enjoyed a great stay together to celebrate our daughters MS State graduation. The pictures didn't show highly enough the really nice home and everybody was excited to enjoy the deck and kitchen while we cooked and celebrated together! We were only 5 minutes from MSU and the cotton district so it was perfect for us!

Great little House Close to campus

The property was as described. It was clean, well-cared for, and well-stocked. We didn't have the chance to, but it would have been a great place to entertain before or after a football or baseball game. It was the perfect place for a baseball weekend in Starkville. We will definitely stay there again!
