Good house and neighborhood

The location is great for family stays. Very clean for the most part. The owners are doing everything to make this location a great visit.

We had a nice time more space love the decor

The only 📺 was in the living room had no cable but the home did have Wi-Fi availability.very quite neighborhood

Decent Stay

The house is nicely decorated and we had a good time. The owner responded promptly when we had questions. It does have a lot of glass objects around so if you have kids just be aware. The listing says sofa sleep/futon in addition to the 3 bedrooms but the sofa is not a sleeper nor is it a futon. So this house only really sleeps 6 people. I informed the owner but they claim it doesn't say there is a sofa bed. I took a snapshot on the listing but can't post it here. If you need more then 6 people to sleep comfortably, you should have an air mattress on hand. There are not enough bath towels for even 6 people let alone the 8 the listing says it sleeps, so make sure to bring those with you as well. . There were some concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms so we ended up buying our own cleaning products. Also, make sure to take pics as soon as you get there. We informed owners of something we noticed was broken upon our entry and it seems we are getting blamed for it. Other than that, we had a decent stay and made the best of everything else.

Sorry for late response because I had heart surgery. We did not have broken any broken door handles in the house because we do inspect everything before we let guests check in, and for the cleaning the house is well cleaned if the guest noticed the house was not cleaned why she didn’t notice us we had communication with her. We should claim the insurance we didn’t because I am sick. As respected owner we do the we can to make every guest stay enjoyable.

Nice home and neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at your home in Winter Springs, Florida. It was spacious, clean, and easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Many people were walking around the neighborhood. That made us feel it was a safe place. The beds were comfortable. The home was furnished with all the necessities and the decor was lovely. The hosts were accessible anytime we needed them. We only used the home to sleep at, but did enjoy the screened in porch in the evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would definitely rent again! I do suggest the owners leave a binder with information on their check in and check out policies, emergency services locally, nearby restaurants (especially ones they love), nearby activities, pool access information, and what expectations for leaving the property they have (strip the beds, do the dishes, put all laundry in the tub, take trash out to bin) if they would like that. Anthony did not request any specific check out details but we made sure the home was easy to clean after our stay.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our trip Anthony was very understanding with all aspects from late checkin to leaving early due to unfortunate events.
