Oviedo Charmer - Heated Pool - Close to everything

This Oviedo House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler.

The layout of the house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private master bathroom. One bed room has a queen bed with a full sized dresser. The last bed room also had a queen bed . There is also a pack and play on the property for the real little ones (upon request). We have a pool and it is heated.

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

Though our home is a little secluded, we have fantastic neighbors. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing as you will have tons of privacy on the property. You may feel that you’ve traveled to a different world, but grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses are minutes away. The best of both worlds!

This house is close to the expressway so there is white noise during your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.

We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services.

Please no eating in the bedrooms.

Guest not part of the reservation are not allowed on property. If you have more than 6 guest at the house there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. (This is for overnight and VISITING guest). Your reservation will also be canceled.

Property has security system for managing exterior of house. Please do not tamper with these devices (exterior Camera's or internal base station) as this can cause your reservation to be canceled.
