Belle maison avec porche enveloppant dans un endroit idyllique dans la ville de South Haven. Six blocs courts à Dyckman Beach, huit blocs courts à North Beach. Passez par la marina pittoresque sur la promenade facile de quatre pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de South Haven, un centre-ville rempli de restaurants délicieux, de charmantes boutiques et d'un cinéma à l'ancienne. À quelques pas du sentier Kal Haven de renommée nationale, du coin des chats du parc Optimist Tot Lot et juste en face du pont Dyckman jusqu'au parc Stanley Memorial. Un endroit fabuleux!



Description de la maison: Cette maison a un beau plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande cuisine avec salle à manger, des salles à manger et des salons spacieux et une salle d'eau au premier étage. Il y a trois chambres aux dimensions généreuses pouvant accueillir neuf personnes au total et une salle de bain complète au deuxième étage. L'intérieur et l'extérieur de la maison ont été peints avec goût. Détendez-vous sur le porche enveloppant ou sur le pont arrière privé récemment reconstruit donnant sur les bois, facilement accessible depuis les portes coulissantes en verre de la salle à manger.

Distance de certaines grandes villes: South Haven est à un peu plus de deux heures de Chicago et à trois heures de Détroit. La ville et ses commodités offrent une merveilleuse escapade pour les familles et les couples. De belles vacances à un prix avantageux.

Charming home with a great location

We enjoyed staying in this house and especially its location. It was one of the most well stocked cottages we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, and then some. It was an easy walk to town, and the neighborhood was charming. We would stay here again!

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was neat and clean. Close to town without being in the middle of it. Property manager was very responsive when we had something break on us and had it fixed very fast. All in all a great property and a fantastic weekend

Friend trip

Nice Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house with 3 adults and 2 kids. The front porch with swing is a slice of heaven and the kitchen table was great for gathering after cooking dinner on the grill. Quick 5 minute drive to north and south beaches (Too far to walk to the beach with all of our beach gear and kids) and walkable to downtown area. The owners were very communicative.

Conveniently located!

Everything was just as pictured. House had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach and shops along the river. We especially loved the large front porch.

Long weekend - first beach vacation with little kids

This was the perfect house for our first family vacation! We have three little girls (5,3, and a baby) and we made great memories both at the beach and in this home. We especially loved the porch swing! It was so clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and had everything we needed

We were very pleased with our stay, the home was very clean. They had everything we needed and more. The house was not the most toddler friendly with the stairs but we managed with a baby gate! We loved the front porch!

The house was adorable and comfortable. Only wish we would've known there wasn't an iron and a blow-dryer, which normally wouldn't matter, but we were in for a wedding, so those would have been very helpful. We would stay there again though!

Great location and neighborhood

We felt very safe in this home and this neighborhood. We loved the ease of walking to local eateries. The beds were comfortable and the living room had a nice vibe to hang out and talk in the evenings. The reason I didn't give it a "5" is that it is a little rough around the edges. The porch needs a little attending to (sagging boards and a coat of paint) but it was very clean and convenient.

Thank you for your review! We strive to keep up our home. The porch floor intentionally slopes slightly towards the ground to direct rain water away from the house, but there are no sagging boards. We've just had the porch completely repainted, in time for the summer season.

Great home close to South Haven

We loved staying at Debbie's house. It was a very charming house. The location is great. If you are into biking, the Kal-Haven trail is just a couple blocks away. If you want to go to the heart of South Haven, that's just a couple blocks away. The beach is probably also walkable, but we just drove. The house was very clean. I would recommend this as a place to stay to anyone visiting South Haven. We will definitely rent from Debbie again.

I am very pleased that you had a great time at our place in South Haven. We are glad that you found the location appealing. We also like being close to the Kal Haven Trail for biking and hiking. Being walkable to town is convenient for browsing through the nice variety of shops, grabbing a bite to eat, and for catching a movie. Being near the beaches is also great, especially in the summertime!
