Don't bother

If you like sleeping on an extra, extra firm, rock like mattresses, then this is for you. The mattress topper didn't help soften it either. Made for a horrible stay!

Comfortable townhouse

Very clean and comfortable. Unit is a short drive to Athens but has convenient shopping very close.

House was comfortable and clean. Some nice amenities. However bedrooms are all upstairs so not the best set up for someone who is handicapped. I would recommend it. Gave 4 stars instead of five because of the handicap issue otherwise it would have been 5.

Nice Townhouse but needs a few tweaks

The neighborhood is good. The checkin went well. Two things that Must be changed. There were no flat sheets on any of the beds. A fitted sheet and then a comforter. Not the best feeling, a not sure why there were no sheets or blankets. The second item, was the shower curtain in the master. It was covered in mold- Please, please replace. It is like $15, and that has got to be replaced.

Last minute trip post Apalachee shooting

Had to book last minute due to Apalachee shooting. Easy booking and check in/check out. Plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. There is some wear and tear evident. Some touch up paint and a deep clean might help. There were a couple dead flies on floor so probably had been closed up for awhile. As stated by other people the beds were very firm. Overall I would recommend the property.

Spacious and comfortable. We had no problem with the beds as in previous reviews. I don’t recall seeing anything about the key to the pool but luckily I had noticed it in the kitchen so I knew where it was when I was advised that I needed it to enter the pool area. The kitchen is well stocked with pans but unable to locate potholders and kitchen towels. Great time and appreciated your home.

Reunion weekend

We had a very enjoyable stay! There were a few burned out light bulbs throughout the house, and a couple of other small maintenance items that could use some attention, but the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved having the laundry facilities and ironing board and iron available. We were glad we rented a Malibu and not a truck, so we could park in the garage, but we also had room to park the boys’ truck outside. The boys enjoyed the pool, and we love love loved the firm beds, the closet space and the separate tub and shower in the master bath. We have already recommended this Vrbo to our family for next year.

Most uncomfortable beds ever

Mattresses and pillows were horrible. None of us got much sleep any of the nights we spent here, a few hundred dollars investment in new mattresses that don't feel like you're sleeping on a wood plank would improve things drastically. A $10 pillow from Walmart would also be an improvement. Place was very clean aside from the fruit fly problem.

Great stay for UGA Graduation

Our family and friends really enjoyed this property. We stayed in two separate townhomes from the same property owner and both were great!
