Cozy boat right on "Las Olas" 10 min walk to the beach

This is a Carver 30' x 10’ yacht with a spacious layout, which include a cozy cabin with a full bed that accommodates 2 guests comfortably, a salon with a galley, and dinette that turns into a bed, and also a sofa bed, all climatized with marine-grade ac. in addition, a bathroom with electric toilet and stand up shower. on the other hand, there's an upper deck with a bimini top where guests can appreciate the city skyline and sunsets in the dock and share a drink or a meal. Also, the bow of the boat can be used to take a sunbathe and get tanned. We conveniently provide sun pads and kayaks for guests to enjoy. The boat is going to be stationary at a dock, which is a mile away from the beach to the right, and a mile away from the famous "Las Olas Blvd." to the left. We also provide beach cruising bikes for guests to move around if needed. The area is full of daytime activities, and nightlife to ensure you have a wonderful experience and memories. It is important to notice that this is not a party boat; in fact, this is a quiet neighborhood where loudness is not allowed to respect neighbors from houses and boats around, like you would do in your own residence. This doesn't mean that music is not allowed, actually, the boat is equipped with a stereo that has indoor and outdoor speakers, just be mindful that is not meant for parties.
In addition, the experience is designed for couples, if one more person needs to be added, it can be done, but only at traveler's risk.
