A totally private place to enjoy the holidays or any other time of the year, close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, antique shops, beaches, casinos, FLL airport, trains and connections to Orlando. This one bedroom, one bath unit has a private entrance in the back of the house with surveillance camera 24 hours for your peace of mind. The owner lives in the front part of the house. Great Place to stay! Location was perfect for beach, food, fun, and relaxation. The owner was welcoming and accommodating. The Pool and Outdoor Kitchen made it feel so relaxing and spacious. Will absolutely stay again if in the area.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the pool is professionally maintained and kept in mint condition at all times. Since the property is in an open outdoor area surrounded by nature, weather conditions such as wind or rain can occasionally cause leaves to fall into the pool between cleanings. We always do our best to keep it clean and enjoyable for all guests. We appreciate your stay and your understanding.

Me and my partner enjoyed our relaxing weekend at Casa Visconti! Kitchen was clean and full of pots and pans for my fellow cooks wondering! The pool was cooling and so fun to dip into. Perfect sized bedroom with a clean bathroom! We can’t complain! 10 out of 10 for couples looking to just relax and reconnect.

If you’re looking for a relaxing location this is the place to stay! Communication with the host was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable! The outside kitchen area provided everything you would require! The backyard gardens around the clean refreshing pool were beautiful! The space was your own, to include parking and a private gated entrance. The location is within a short drive to all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer to see and do! Manny our host was very gracious to provide coffee and donuts in the morning as a treat, and quickly responded to any questions we had! Definitely would stay again if ever in the area!

We had a wonderful six-night stay at this property, it was exactly as described in the listing! The open-air kitchen was spacious and fully stocked, making meal prep a breeze. And the coffee and smoothies provided by our host in the morning were a great treat. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool was perfect for an afternoon float to cool off. The location was perfect for us–just a few minutes from our family, and some wonderful restaurants. Our host was very responsive when we had a question. We felt so welcome and will definitely be back!

This was the perfect stay for us, clean and centrally located. He let our dog stay with us which was a huge relief off our shoulders being a long holiday weekend. Manny, the host, was so kind and served us fresh coffee, smoothies and pastry for breakfast, he is so kind. Would definitely stay again.

As all of the reviews have said before mine, Manny is a perfect host who goes above and beyond! The accommodation is exactly as described and very clean, both inside and out. The pool put this place over the top for us. We arrived around midnight, and Manny waited up for us to show us around and offered us food. And, as other reviews have said, there was fresh coffee and smoothies every morning. Manny made sure we had everything we needed each day. A perfect host and perfect vacation!

The host was exceptional, extremely courteous, and gracious. He had a refrigerator stocked with beverages that he welcomed us to enjoy. The pool was lovely as well. He had given us late check-out, but had another booking confirm while we were on site. To accommodate this request, he allowed us to wait at his place until we needed to leave. He even prepared a continental breakfast for us. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
