*** From September 9th, 2025, to March 15th, 2026, the Building will undergo a fall/winter project. This will include: construction noise daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dust from the construction project will exist in the work areas. Both your custodian team and Phoenix Coatings will work to keep the areas as clean as possible. While walkways will be accessible, construction teams will work in the walkways throughout the project. Don't worry about what you needâthis spacious 1315-square-foot condo has it all!
THE SPACE: This condo has a large private balcony where you can take in the beautiful view of the gulf or unwind and watch the kids play in the pool. The LIVING ROOM is beautifully decorated with an entry to the balcony and is spacious with comfortable seating, a queen size sofa-sleeper and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The fully stocked KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, a work desk, and a slider entrance to the balcony. The large master bath has a walk-in shower and double vanity. Every bedroom has a private bathroom! BEDROOM 2 has two full size beds, BEDROOM 3 has a queen size bed and both have adjoining baths with a tub/shower combination. In addition, there is an additional half bath near the entryway for guests! A full-size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and free WIFI are provided for your convenience. You will also enjoy the keyless entry system---no need to keep track of keys!
THE PROPERTY: Stay, play and never leave the complex! The Beach Club is a luxury beach resort located 12 miles from Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores in the Fort Morgan area. You will enjoy the private sugar white sand beach on this 86-acre resort which includes walking trails and a QR fitness trail. Available in season are beach chair and umbrella rentals, parasailing and other activities. Included in your rental is access to any of the 4 pools, hot tubs, boardwalks with showers leading to the beach, wading pools and restrooms at the foot of each building. You have access to order food and drinks from the outdoor Tiki bar and grill, use the playground now open from dawn to dusk, basketball courts, walking trails and tram services. Additionally, you are welcome at the clubhouse salon for spa services and the fine dining restaurant and bar. You can take the free tram to the entrance of the resort to enjoy the restaurants and The Mercantile convenience store which has beach apparel, coffee and ice cream. Seasonally there are activities for the kids, bike rentals, live entertainment, volleyball, arcade and food trucks at The Village Lawn! Additional amenities: The owner is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee which covers your entire party and is based on the number of days you choose. You may request a tour of the Club's amenities before purchasing. The daily fee is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk. Amenities include: Indoor heated pool, seasonally heated outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, fitness center, game room, ladies and gentlemen's separate locker rooms with saunas, children's activities and access to the tennis courts.
THE AREA: Just minutes away is world class golf at Kiva Dunes and The Peninsula. You are away from the crowds, yet close to area shopping, dining and entertainment in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Explore The Wharf where you will find shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Visit Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
