From 9/9/25-3/15/26, the Building will undergo a fall project. This will include: construction noise daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Dust from the construction project will exist in the work areas. Construction with potential noise ongoing through March 2026.*** EXPERIENCE RESORT LIFE at THE BEACH CLUB! Look no further for the perfect beach destination. This 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath corner condo has enough space to comfortably accommodate everyone in your family or group. The Beach Club is a luxury beach resort located 12 miles from Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores in the Fort Morgan area and has onsite dining, shopping and entertainment.
THE SPACE: This gorgeous CORNER UNIT has floor to ceiling windows in the LIVING ROOM, with amazing views of the coastline. Along with comfortable seating in the living room, there is a smart TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. Whether it's a sunrise breakfast or a wine and cheese sunset, the wrap around, OVERSIZED BALCONY is sure to please! The fully stocked KITCHEN has stainless appliances, a coffee maker, a Keurig, and plenty of space to cook your beach specialties. The MASTER BEDROOM also has floor to ceiling windows with an entrance to the balcony, a king bed, and a TV. Enjoy a large master bath with a large, jetted tub/shower combo, double vanity and walk in closet. BEDROOM 2 has a queen bed, TV, and a small north facing balcony and BEDROOM 3 has a full over full bunk bed and a TV. For privacy and comfort, both guest bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combo. In addition, a half bath is located in the entry hall. For your convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, keyless entry, and free cable and WIFI.
THE PROPERTY: Stay, play and never leave the complex! You will enjoy the private white sand beach on this 86-acre resort which includes walking trails and a QR fitness trail. Available in season are beach chair and umbrella rentals, parasailing and other activities.
Included in your rental is access to any of the 4 pools and restrooms located at the foot of each building, hot tubs, boardwalks with showers leading to the beach and wading pools. You have access to order food and drinks from the outdoor Tiki bar and grill, basketball courts, walking trails and tram services. Additionally, you are welcome at the clubhouse salon for spa services and the fine dining restaurant and bar. You can take the FREE TRAM to the entrance of the resort to enjoy the restaurants and The Mercantile convenience store which has beach apparel, coffee and ice cream. Seasonally there are activities for the kids, bike rentals, live entertainment, volleyball, arcade and food trucks at The Village Lawn!
Additional amenities: The owner is a MEMBER of the Clubhouse. For a daily fee (which covers your entire party) you can access the Clubhouse private amenities. You may request a tour of the Club's amenities before purchasing. The daily fee is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, seasonally heated outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, fitness center, game room, ladies and gentlemen's separate locker rooms with saunas, children's activities and access to the tennis courts.
THE AREA: Just minutes away is world class golf at Kiva Dunes and The Peninsula. You are away from the crowds, yet close to area shopping, dining and entertainment in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Explore The Wharf where you will find shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Visit Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Stay in this wonderful condo and pinch yourself for being in the middle of it all :)
