You will enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with plenty of gathering spaces including a large living room and seating area with cozy fireplace, dining room with counter bar seating. The Master bedroom has a seating area and screened in patio. Have breakfast or dining outdoors on the patio overlooking the large yard.

St Simon and Jekyll Islands are minutes away, as well as downtown Brunswick with its many restaurant and shops.

Cruise on the Emerald Princess or take a day trip to Savannah, Cumberland and Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach --- all within an hour drive away.

Poor management of property

House was not clean have pic of dust and smear spots over everything that was half way wiped down. Under beds was trash, silverware drawer had pills in it , door is rotten out on back of house and beside fireplace, master shower one head barely works and other sprays water everywhere, other bathroom has no hot water at all. The hole house was a joke the people literally looked like they moved out long enough to rent the place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent this property and they charged me a 150.00 cleaning fee lmao.

Mr Clark, The majority of your write up is false. I am highly disturbed and insulted especially with your comment there were pills found. If I found pills at a home, I would leave the pills out on the counter, somewhere so the owners can see. What happened to the pills you supposedly found? Both myself and partner spent many hours cleaning to ensure the home was in tip top shape. The only issue that existed was a little dry wood that we are currently working on, along the repairs/damages from your stay such as the bed damage, the awful smoke smell, and the scoffed floor marks. Your only goal with your negative review was to get the vacation home at a reduced or free rate.

Property needs attention

Although the owner was very apologetic, I cannot offer a good review for this property at this time. The temperature in the house was 79 degrees, on the 4th day amid apologies the owner agreed to have a repairman take a look. We abandoned our plans for the day to be available for a repairman. It was then discovered that a copper line was cut in the past when clearing weeds and brush from around the unit. The owner apologized and left a $100 bill for us (after previously mentioning “taking off a couple hundred”). There were many smaller issues, a broken screen door, stains on couch, carpets, a very large brown stain on the box spring and both toilet seats were damaged and stained. I had a frank discussion with the owner who was very apologetic said he was new at this and said that he would remove the house from VRBO until he addressed the items we discussed but too late for our "vacation". As first time VRBO renters, this experience did not make a good first impression.
