Historic District - Grand Victorian maison avec cour près Island Beaches

Belle maison victorienne du sud dans le charmant quartier historique de Downtown Brunswick, GA à quelques minutes des plages et des terrains de golf de Jekyll et St. Îles de Simon.

Entièrement restauré, la maison principale dispose de 12 'plafonds, 8' vitrage avec volets en bois et planchers de bois franc par dehors, les plus beaux dans l'ameublement et linge de maison, et tout le confort moderne (chauffage central / Air; Laveuse / sécheuse; WiFi).

Marchez dans de la véranda (avec balançoire) et vous ouvrir à un magnifique hall d'escalier avec une salle d'eau. Il y a un beau salon avec foyer au gaz et baies vitrées et les sièges de la salle à manger 10 (chaise haute également disponible). La cuisine dispose d'une cuisinière professionnelle JennAir de gaz de qualité, réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, cafetière et deux lave-vaisselle. Il y a beaucoup de sièges dans la tanière avec TV et lecteur DVD. La suite principale comprend un nouveau lit king-size Casper et une télévision à écran plat ainsi qu'une salle de bains privative dotée d'une douche à l'italienne carrelée et à deux têtes. Le premier étage dispose d'une baignoire de la salle avec la griffe pied baignoire / douche. Il ya une chambre avec un lit queen et l'autre avec un lit king - à la fois avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de cheminées chômés. L'étage Master Suite a un lit queen et salle de bain privée avec dressing, deux lavabos et une douche de plain-pied dans la coutume de tuiles. Le couloir à l'étage s'ouvre sur le porche supérieur avec sa propre balançoire.

La cour privée en briques avec sa jolie fontaine comprend une zone de grillage intégrée, des tables et des bancs en fer forgé à l'ombre de chênes centenaires et de magnolias.

Un bel endroit pour s'évader!: Downtown-Brunswick est une ville du sud de charme rempli de bons restaurants et magasins d'antiquités. Juste quelques bllocks Away est un belle Marina et Town Park avec les marchés de producteurs hebdomadaires. Profitez de la proximité des plages, le golf et le tennis et des visites historiques ou simplement vous détendre à l'ombre d'un chêne centenaire en direct dans votre cour privée et d'écouter à la bulle de la fontaine.

La maison est assez grande pour une grande famille, mais assez intime pour un couple tranquille sortir.

Awesome 30th anniversary with family!!

Amazing, is so clean and roomy.everything you need . We rented house and cottage both were very nice! The family wants to rent here again. Brunswick is so nice .No one will be disappointed with this home. Thank you Stacie for making it so nice!

Great property, great location.

Seven adult family members stayed here. We had plenty of space, and we were close to Jekyll and St Simon Islands, and even church. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house has good tv and Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, decently equipped kitchen, laundry, even beach chairs and toys. Cleaning supplies were also available. Plus a lovely patio if the weather were warmer. As for us, we enjoyed the fireplace with the supplied logs and bottle of wine!

Grand Victorian House - Brunswick Historical District

It was a great place for my wife, myself, daughter and grandson. Nice and big with space for everyone. TVs everywhere! Must have been at least 40 bed pillows! There was room for everyone with 4 bedrooms plus zoned AC for upstairs and the main level. Large kitchen with an amazing amount of dishes, utensils, pretty much anything you needed. We would highly recommend this house.

Very pleasant!

Spacious home. The atmosphere was practical more than pretty. Didn’t find the grill and had to go to a store and purchase a skillet since all at the house were damaged. We were without power for about 9 hours one night. The thresholds are hazardous! Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Great get-away for a group

We had an amazing stay at this house in Historic Brunswick! We were easily able to visit the nearby beaches, explore the downtown (great antiquing!), as well as spend time together at the house. There were 10 of us including 3 couples, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Beds and couches were VERY comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped to make and serve food for a group, and the house and all the amenities you could want and more! We especially enjoyed using the gas grill and hanging out in the outdoor spaces, as well as taking advantage of the beach equipment that was available. The property manager, Stacie, was also super responsive and helpful. The house shows its age in some ways, but truly it just added character, and we could not have asked for a better experience!!

A true Lowcountry vacation

Our first time in Brunswick did not disappoint! If you are looking for fast-paced, schedule full days on your trip, this is not it! The home lends itself perfectly to slow, warm Southern days, that almost take you back in time. It’s not your typical vacation rental and felt more like home than like you are staying in someone else’s space. They have everything you need, from kitchen supplies to warm fluffy blankets. You have to experience the home to truly understand what it is. The location is absolutely perfect. Just minutes from downtown, with lots of wonderful places to eat, things to see. We enjoyed daily 45 minute- 1 hour walks through the Historic district. The beaches at Jekyll and SSI are a quick, easy drive. Brunswick is a hidden gem of a place and I cannot wait to go back.

The walk back in time

What a great historical house to stay in. I We had issues with one of the appliances when we arrived and our host was quick to help us resolve the problem. This was our 2nd time staying in this home and we will certainly be back.

Fun weekend

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is warm, inviting, quiet neighborhood. The beds comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful Stay in Historic Brunswick

My husband and I stayed at this property for a month while building a home nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the historic home! Loved exploring the neighborhood and all of the history. The home was clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The large back patio was delightful as was the front porch and swing. It was great having several smart TVs. The nights were cool so we used the fireplace frequently. There were many delicious restaurants within walking distance. Jekyll and St Simons Island are both a short drive and great to explore. Such a fun experience!

Excellent property, wonderful time in Brunswick

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property. We love it! The historic mansion is spacious, clean and well appointed. There were many "extras" in the kitchen for a family's cooking convenience, e.g. spices, lots of flatware, plates, etc. We loved sitting in the courtyard at night with the beautiful lights. You won't be disappointed!

The house was lovely and worked great for my family. Property manager was available for questions when needed. Plenty of towels, supplies, umbrellas, etc. Walking to downtown Brunswick and 15mins to SSI. Great mix of old southern charm and modern amenities.

Brunswick Beauty

This a beautiful hone. Convenient to both Jekyll Island and Saint Simons Island. The historic neighborhood is a quiet gem and is perfect for a quick getaway or along stay. We’ll definitely be.

Lovely & charming home in great neighborhood and central location!

My family and I stayed the week after Christmas. The home is large and comfortable with plenty of room (and bathrooms!!) for us. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It was fun to explore the historic neighborhood and downtown (all on foot). Less than 30 min driving distance to Jekyll and St. Simons Islands and just a little over an hour to Savannah and Tybee Island. Great central location.

The home was so comfortable and inviting. Beautiful home!! Everything you could possibly need was there. The neighbor hood was quiet and friendly. The house manager was available whenever needed. I will definitely reserve this home again on our next family vacation!!

loved our stay. Kitchen very well stocked, furniture comfortable, plenty of gathering space as well as private (alone time) space. Both owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. I cant wait for our next visit.

Historic boulevard, awesome location minutes to Jekyll or St.Simons. Large open indoor outdoor space

We had our family and in town guests all together at 1200 Union and it made for games space, outdoor garden time and group cooking. Walk downtown or skip to Jekyll or StSimons. Awesome

Brunswick Stay

The property is in the historical district & is well maintained. When we arrived the porch had 2 split boards & those were replaced the next business day after our arrival on a Sunday. Plenty of great towels. Fully stocked kitchen with the necessity to cook a meal. The beds were comfy & we all slept well. It is in a great location to visit St Simon & Jekyll Islands & not have to be in the crowd all the time of the islands. Also not far from Savannah. Able to go there in a day & return. There are several local restaurants in Brunswick that are reasonable & food is good. Be advised is some are closed on Sundays. The Sunrise Diner on New Jesup Hwy has great breakfasts . Fox pizza is within walking distance & pizza was great. PamPam's cupcakes is outstanding & in downtown Brunswick next to the historic theater. Would recommend this house. We had 6 people & there was plenty of room. Nice backyard area with a grill.
