Discover a cozy interior with comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom ensure entertainment, while the highlight is our amazing outdoor patio. This screened-in space features a Smart TV, and room for gatherings, including comfortable chairs and tables for outdoor dining. Step outside the screened-in patio to find a fire pit, more comfortable seating, and a grill. Did we mention we have BOAT parking on site.

Living Room:

Unwind in the living room, featuring a comfortable couch and two armchairs—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Enjoy quality time with friends and family over board games provided for your entertainment.


Bedrooms:

-Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, Smart TV, walk-in closet with hangers
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet with hangers, bedside charging ports
-Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, closet with hangers, bedside charging ports
-Pullout couch in the living room


Guest Bathroom:

Full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. Plush towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.


Kitchen Amenities:

-Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
-Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and utensils -Toaster, blender, and other cooking gadgets
- Keurig coffee maker with starter k-cup pods, creamer, and sugar
-Standard drip coffee maker also available
-Welcome snacks and beverages


The Laundry Room:

Those With Dogs
1. Small, well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs per reservation) under 50 pounds each, and with a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee.
2. Owners MUST clean up after their pets or will be subject to a yard care FEE.
3. No cats, birds, or other animals are allowed due to allergies.
4. All Dogs MUST be listed on the reservation when booking.
5. Dogs must be housebroken and well-behaved.
6. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
7. Guests should bring pet towels and beds/crates.
8. Pets should not be left alone inside or tied up outside.
9. A fine of $300 per pet applies for undisclosed or unapproved pets.
