The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a fully stocked modern kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and GE stainless steel appliances. Comfortable memory mattress queen-size beds in the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The common area has a full size pull-out sleeper with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Smart TV with Netflix. Full size washer and dryer. Fast Wi-Fi. No water issues here. Encanto has its own water purification system with water coming from deep mountain wells.

Encanto Living is near the Mayan Palace, 20 minutes walk along the beach or a 5 minute drive away. There you can enjoy pool side margaritas, casual and fine dining, and a Jack Nicholas premier Golf Course.

NEIGHBORHOOD
You'll be on Playa Miramar, the most peaceful and tranquil beach in Puerto Peñasco, a perfect getaway. Mayan Palace Resorts and the Nicklaus Design Golf Course just 2 miles down the beach. There you'll find restaurants, gift shop with snacks and ice available for purchase.

Downtown Puerto Peñasco and El Malecón are about 20 minutes driving distance. We recommend visiting El Malecon, which is like a stroll along the boardwalk. It’s near the Fish Market and has numerous restaurants and curio shops selling everything from souvenirs to hand-made toys. Please note that some businesses may take cash only.

There are several oyster farms in the area, and we recommend checking them out if you're a fan of oysters. El Barco ostionera y restaurante is my favorite; you can have oysters fresh from the sea while enjoying a beautiful view.
