New 3 Bedroom Private First Floor Corner Condo

Come experience paradise at the exclusive Encantame Towers Resort and enjoy a rare opportunity for privacy in this first floor corner unit away from the main public areas. Walk right out from your door onto the lawn and down to the beach. Enjoy both West facing views from the wrap around wall of windows and patio. This professionally decorated, three bedroom condo boasts a full kitchen, eating and living area, brand new flat screen TV's, free WiFi, and King beds in every bedroom. each with it's own private bath. Your reservation gives you access to the resorts pools including the large infinity pool with swim up bar for the adults and water slide and lazy river to please the kids. The center tower roof top pool is for 21 years and older adults only.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.

We are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience and that your stay here will be most pleasurable. Please note that loud, rowdy, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and Mexico are strictly enforced, and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid. All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico Time.

For Encantame Towers the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old and present a state-issued ID upon check-in.

The HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy for threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of any person by another is

prohibited. Violators of this and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property or fine by the HOA.

If there is anything wrong in your unit at check-in time, please notify us and give us the opportunity to fix it.

NO offensive, intimidating, or threatening behavior will be tolerated. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the Resort.

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condominium. Everything is inventoried and anything damaged, broken, missing, or lost will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in.

Please do not move pool furniture from pool areas. For your safety, glass containers are not allowed in pool areas.

Fireworks, firearms, and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law. Fireworks are prohibited within 1 mile of the properties.

No music or noise that might disturb owners and renters after 10:00 pm is allowed to preserve tranquility.

Sound equipment is prohibited without the use of headsets in the pool area.

Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed. Sleeping inside vehicles is not allowed.

It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, or towels, or to organize games in the green areas (grass).

Room capacity, 3 bedrooms (6 persons), 2 bedrooms (4 persons), and 1 bedroom (2 persons).

No additional persons are allowed to stay in the rental than the ones allowed per unit type.

Beach towels are required when using the chaise lounges. Ice chests are not allowed in the pool area for renters. There are beach towels in the condo for your use. Please make sure you bring the towels back to the condo when you are done using them.

BBQ grills are allowed only on the patios.

When leaving ground-floor condos, please be sure to lock the glass door and windows. To prevent crosswinds please close all sliding glass doors before opening the entrance door. Otherwise, any damages to the property will be charged to your deposit.

The cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit.

Please do not leave trash in hallways, place all trash in the designated trash areas, across the elevator behind the left door is a trash chute.

ATVs, RVs, Trailers, Jet Ski, Motorcycle, bikes, and sand rails must be parked along the designated area

Only registered persons staying at the Resorts are allowed to use common areas such as the swimming pool, fitness center, etc. These areas cannot be used after 10:00 pm.

We are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them.

Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pool. Be sure to wear your ID bracelet always provided at check-in while in the common areas. This allows security personnel to easily identify you and keep unauthorized persons out. If you do not wear the ID Bracelet you will be addressed by security and you will be escorted off the property.

No pets or service animals are allowed per HOA rules, this also applies to the owner’s guests.

We are NOT responsible for items left in the condominium please be sure to lock the units.

The beach area is not our direct responsibility. We are not responsible for articles forgotten or left in the beach area.

In case of an emergency after HOA office hours please refer to the guard gate for assistance.

People under the age of 18 cannot use the gym facilities. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the East Jacuzzi for adults only.

Children under 12 must be always under adult supervision around the pool and Jacuzzi areas. There are no lifeguards.

Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.

Swimming suits only are allowed in pools. Street clothes are prohibited in the pools and Jacuzzi.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the Encantame Towers installations. For guests at the Encantame Towers, the only designated smoking area is on the beach.

Lost and Damaged Wristbands will have a USD 20.00 charge.

Encantame Towers is a work in progress. Please be aware that some construction noise will be present. No refunds will be issued for noise.
