Love this place!

This is our third time staying with Luna Blanca/Encanto Living and each time has been excellent but this was our favorite condo so far. Absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked. Awesome place!

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable vacation getaway

This condo is located on a quiet stretch of beach. The pool area is wonderful and peaceful, with great view to enjoy the ocean. The condo itself is spacious and perfect for a family gathering. The Kivoya staff were very communicative, proactive, and helpful in making our stay seamless. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious condo

Beautiful, spacious condo. We LOVED the expansive views of the sea. Carmen was very responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns. I loved that I could text her directly. And she responded immediately. After reading some previous reviews, we took extra soap and toilet paper, but never needed our own supplies.

Easy and relaxing

Check in was quick and easy. They spoke English and Spanish both. Very accessible by phone when we had an issue with Wi-Fi. Gorgeous view of beach and pool and relaxing the whole week.

Gracias por todas las atenciones, sin duda volveria a hospedarme en Encanto living. Todo estuvo muy bien, solo una sugerencia, pudieran actualizar el numero telefonico, ya que cuando llegue a Puerto Penasco, no me pude contactar por telefono con la oficina, tuvo que ser por mensaje mediante la app. Limpieza excelente.

Nice and spacious. Missing some kitchen gadgets, and patio lounge chairs would've been a plus.

We arrived in the evening, got a bit lost, couldn't find location on Google. We were never sent the info on how to get keys/passwords after hrs. Had to go to Luna Blanca's security booth, they made some calls.

We have stayed at Encanto Living in various condos over a dozen times & this one was our favorite.

The 3 bed 4 bath condo was very large & gave our group of 5 plenty of space to relax, play games & watch movies when we were indoors. Large balcony with plenty of seating for reading & enjoying the Mexico sun.

Rocky Point Wedding

We chose this property because it was a few miles down the beach from the wedding we were going to be attending in Rocky Point. It is way out in the middle of no where, partially paved/dirty roads to get to. The property has a lot of Potential but falls short in several ways. Way too many to list. Best way to describe it is it’s a 3rd world country resort. If you are looking for something very secluded and very quiet this is the place for you. The pools are beautiful and the beach is very clean. Condo leaves a lot to be desired... no hand soap, 1 hair dryer for 3 bathrooms, one electrical outlet in each room, no lamps on night stands, no hand towels or dish towels. One half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 4 day stay. Went to the front office, (at the entrance of the property, not in the lobby) 3 times to ask for more rolls and finally given some rather than waiting on house keeping. Also, when you arrive, stop at the little office by the entrance as there is no one in the lobby of the resort. When discovered that after walking through the property looking for someone and finally finding a walkie-talkie and asking someone. Carman at the office was always very sweet and tried to be helpful... tried to go in the office to check out and the door was locked so hopefully we are checked out.
