Clean and cool, which was appreciated as it was quite hot and humid in PA. Road noise was audible but not terrible. One challenge was pulling onto the highway from the driveway, especially with lots of Sunday morning traffic coming and going at the church across the street and visibility limited by the hedge. The bedding could be improved.

Please trust them when they said my place was clean and cool. We are also super respectful of your privacy. Please book with us if you feel comfortable to drive from a street parking to a state road without any issues. Please remember that reviews are personal feelings, which are subjective. You are welcome to book with us anytime as there aren’t many places like ours in Pottstown.

Clean cozy minimalist quarters

Excellent host, gracious and welcoming and very helpful! This place had all we needed and it was in the perfect location to where we needed to be. I really appreciate the cleanliness, down home vibe and no pests! This place is quintessential Pottstown!

This home/apartment is perfect for a single person or couple looking for a convenient place to stay in the Pottstown area. Comfortable bed, a cute kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave, and a nice shower and barhroom. I was visiting my daughter in Royersford and it was a quick and easy drive. I would return each night after dark and the side street parking was a bit scary for me as a woman traveling by myself. Have a flashlight ready to guide you to your porch, which thankfully has plenty of light once you get there.

Convenient, clean and cozy

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed, kitchenette area and bathroom. The owner did a wonderful job decorating as well to further enhance the experience. It was an excellent alternative to a hotel room at 1/2 the price.

Lots of potential!

Stayed for 1 week over the holidays. Met our needs as we were not in the room to more than sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Also the owner was very receptive and responsive. to our needs and made herself available. Overall a good place to lay your head when in town. We purchased additional pillows as 2 were not sufficient for both of us. Dishes and refrig needed to be wiped down due to being covered in a white film which I will assume is disinfectant. Other than that, the place was clean. Just needs more lighting and a coat of paint. Important to note that the location is near a busy highway so the hum of traffic will always be present.
