Large Spacious Rancher on backroads with nature.

Make some memories in our family-friendly home. Large layout one story 3 bedroom 2 bath rancher. Extra large master bedroom with bathroom. Bonus solarium sitting room. Office with WiFi! Fire pit on top of the hill, 1.5 acres. New upgrades, new lighting and furnishings throughout. Lots of parking. Lots of nature. Great location to West Chester and Exton 3-5 minute drive.
Includes Shampoo Conditioner Body wash. Hair dryer, Washer Dryer, Board games , Record player. Wi-Fi & Internet Tv. Dogs are acceptable by request! Please inquire!
Our home is somewhat unique, one level ranch home on a backroad of West Chester. Built against a hill. Large property, great privacy. Is close to the road but not much traffic after dinner. Still quiet when inside. This is an older home that’s been through some renovations but not all, we hope to do more in the near future!
House has a large layout many rooms. Firepit out back. Wrap around decking on one side. Great location close to town. Many wonderful restaurants in west chester. Check out the parks and rec website to see what events are going on downtown. Short drive to longwood gardens. Many preserves and walking trails within a few minutes drive. Train station is about 1/2 mile down on our road. Large space to entertain and get together with family.

Roomy Rancher

My family of 4 stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding. The rancher was clean and spacious and located conveniently for all of our activities. We loved seeing deer in the backyard. Our host was very responsive.The busy road made it difficult to enter and exit the driveway.

Great stay

Four college friends in our late 70s enjoyed this clean, spacious place for 3 nights. Communication with Nicole the owner was seamless, as was entry the first day. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Washer/dryer was a plus.

Excellent host and home

The host was very communicative and kind. This large ranch home is absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Many restaurants and parks are close by. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend

Second Stay here at Nicole’s house. My family of 5 had a great experience during our stay. This house is like a cabin in the woods, picturesque and comfortable. The thoughtful touches Nicole has made with the fully functional kitchen, snacks and condiments in the fridge was extremely impressive. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks again for another great stay!

Holiday trip

We stayed here as a hub for a holiday visit to PA&NJ and had a very nice time. The house is super unique and interesting. Loved the vintage decor. The interior was very spacious with many comfortable seating options. The owner was, thankfully, very responsive to questions. This place will definitely be a repeat rental!

Interesting House

Outside stairs were set up a bit weird and could have better lighting. But the inside was really nice and quite spacious. Very nice woodworking throughout.. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The snacks were a nice touch! The round back porch style room was cool, but needs some work. The grounds were very steep in the back. Not very condusive to walking at night. Could also use some better lighting here. But we enjoyed ourselves and would come back.

Great for families with little kids

This property was perfect for my family! We have two toddlers & this house was wonderful. My kids loved playing with the toys provided & the high chair was such a relief to have! Would definitely recommend.

Home for the holidays

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting our family over the Christmas holiday. The house was spacious and clean and the host even put up a small tree for us, which was a sweet surprise and made us feels welcome. We loved gathering around the outdoor fire pit, and enjoyed the electric fireplace indoors as well. We saw a lot of deer in the yard, and numerous birds, and spent some time taking in local nature trails. All around a great time! I would love to return here in the summer.

House in the woods

Overall the week was wonderful and the house was very clean and quiet. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the property nestled in the woods. The house was exceptionally cold and drafty in the winter evenings as the temperatures dropped. FYI- The wood burning fireplace was 100% necessary to heat the home. We did enjoy gathering around the large stone fireplace in the living room, it was quite nice having that! Would love to come back again next year!
