Relax on the front porch . New kitchen cabinets, counters, and backsplash. 3 bedrooms on the main floor. One Full Bathroom on the main floor with a new tub, new vanity, new toilet, and ceramic tile. The Second Bathroom is downstairs with standing shower, new vanity and new toilet.

The entire main floor, the front porch, the second bathroom in the basement, and the backyard are all accessible.

Pluses:Easy street parking.The house had an easy and reliable keypad for entry. When you left the house you simply had to shut the door and it would automatically lock. There was plenty of hand soap, body wash and conditioner and great hot water too!This rental needs the following: Minuses (1) Rental needs thorough cleaning:In one bedroom comforters and sheets were stained. (We chose not to sleep in that room) One bathroom towel was badly stained as well. (2) Bathrooms Not many towels or washcloths. We stayed for three days and had to reuse towels and washcloths every day.Molding in upstairs bathroom was dirty. In the downstairs bathroom / shower the was some mold along the edge of the shower and no ventilation.(3) Kitchen was nice, but lacking silverware. There were three soup spoons, but no teaspoons. Need extra garbage bags also.Electric stove woke us up many times in the middle of the night beeping.(It was trying to do a cleaning cycle)(4) Bedrooms were OK. (Would have been nice to have something to set our luggage on)(5) Living Room:The lighting and furniture in the living room needs to be improved. The couch was hard and really too tight to fit four people. Three of us sat at the dining room table for three days and never sat on the couch. TV set up was fine. The lighting set up was strange. Very tall directional LED disc lighting that did not provide even illumination.With a little bit of work, this residence would easily be a 8 or 9 star rating.

The mattress covers had multiple stains on every bed when the sheets were pulled. The neighborhood was a bit uneasy, the property looks like it could used a deep cleaning (rusted in areas) definitely not renovated for the price charged. We were supposed to stay 3 days 2nights, we stayed one night and checked out the next day. It was really close to all attractions including the falls but I wouldn't stay there again nor would I recommend

This is located in an older neighborhood, but we had no issues. Next door neighbors were friendly. The house is a little more worn than pictures make it seem, but not bad. House was clean. The check in process was smooth. Overall a good stay. Would recommend.

Location is very sketchy. Garbage all over the neighborhood.The house stunk of fish. Nasty baking pan left in the oven. Second bathroom was in the basement, not even a finished basement. My room had no dresser or hangers to hang up my clothes and no blinds.when the security lights came on outside my bedroom window, it was quite annoying. The two other bedrooms had very little furniture. Every mattress was awful. All the beds creaked and had to be years old. Went to take the garbage out and there was maggots all over the garbage can. Parking is terrible in front of the house. DMV is located directly across from house. When I booked this, I'm sure they had a washer and dryer listed, but it was no longer there. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen that has been remodeled and no potholders to even take a pan out of the oven. Never felt safe the whole time I was there. Tried to book hotel rooms to get out of there but there were none available. I would not recommend this. I can't believe all the positive reviews. They can't be real

The property looks like it was newly remodeled and was in excellent shape. Location was not in the center of the action but it was close to the Falls and other attractions. We had no concerns with the location. Parking was available on the street in front of the house and also in back. Owner responded quickly to any question I asked. Bottom line is: yes, I would re4commend this property to my family and friends.

Located very close the falls, house was nice and good rooms for family ! Neighborhood is very old and un settling! But neighbors were friendly! The house did need some good pots and pans ,silverware and towels! All in all good experience!

Niagara Falls trip with grandchildren

Very nice house that has been recently renovated. Centrally located to all the attractions in and around Niagara Falls. We especially enjoyed our visit to Fort Niagara, Cave of the Winds, and the Maid of the Mist.

Perfect location

This was a five minute drive from the falls, so close but not so close you're surrounded by tourists and noise. Very cozy, close to a well-stocked grocery. All in all it was a great spot for our family getaway!

Clean comfortable home in a interesting location

The inside of this home was very comfortable. Clean, thoughtful and conveniently located a short drive to the Falls. Other properties in the neighborhood do not appear as well maintained

Clean and pleasant

Clean and neighbors were polite. Well lit in front but car alarm went off in back of the house during before sunset. Was slightly nervous of area. But was only a few minutes from Fall.

Trip to Niagara Falls

The house is wonderful inside and very convenient to the falls. The only downside is the front door lock can be temperamental and we were driving and the check in information was not given until the day of check in. Over all we had a great stay.

Niagara Falls is old town which needs high boosting from the city. Our budling is in front of DMV and flood lights flash on the building all night which makes safer compared to other parts of the city. 4 minutes drive to falls, walkable distance to grocery and restaurants which gives best experience to my guests.
