Newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Central Park Neighborhood district. Ideal location for walking downtown to enjoy the many boutiques and quaint restaurants or go the opposite direction 5 blocks to OSU campus. This modern version of a vintage home has a master bedroom suite on the main level, 3 bedrooms and 1 additional room on the 2nd floor (entertainment room) and an open concept living room, dining room (seats up to 9) and modern kitchen.

Home away from Home

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, spacious, very clean and close to everything in Corvallis. Beverly was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this home to anyone and will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Corvallis:)

Kids had a gymnastics camp at osu and found the place to meet all of our needs and then some. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location between campus and downtown. Would recommend and stay again!

Lovely place to stay

The property was as advertised, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Its location could not have been better, within walking distance to Central Park, the Arts Center, and downtown restaurants. Beverly, our host, was very generous, friendly, and informative. And the Corvallis weather was wonderful.

Wrestling Camp at OSU

Great clean property with good location to downtown and OSU campus. We were a group of coaches at a summer camp and it was nice having good AC and being able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.

Spacious and Spotless

Our family of five visited Corvallis for my father-in-law's celebration life. The size of the house was more than ample for 5 adults. It is a quiet and peaceful home. We loved drinking tea on the front porch each morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Beverly went above and beyond for our week long stay. We had a delivery of 6 large boxes that had important medical supplies and she moved them into the house before our arrival. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to access the OSU campus and the town of Corvallis. We look forward to future stays here for sure.

Gorgeous new home in walking distance of downtown.

The house was stunning to say the least. For two families of four it was perfect with enough bathrooms and beds. We mostly just stayed during the night so we didn't really use the kitchen or living space too much. We loved how close it was to breakfast all sorts of places in downtown.

Clean, new property in an ideal location

Our family stayed at this property for our oldest daughter's orientation for her upcoming freshman year at OSU. The house is beautiful - new, clean and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to campus as well as multiple restaurant options and downtown. Beverly was super helpful and friendly and the house will be our first choice for all future visits to Corvallis!
