This is a pet friendly home with a newly updated fully fenced yard!
There are two separate units that you have access to in this home.

The 2 bedroom basement apartment can be accessed by an exterior door or through the interior door which we will unlock for you.

The main 3 bedroom apartment is on the main floor and second floor upstairs.

You will be the only guests at this home and be able to use both units as you wish.

Please note that because of this property`s convenient location, you may experience road noise.

Please note for the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras facing the street.

Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
