Guests
This space can comfortably hold 10 guests maximum, with it`s 5 bedroom capacity.



No smoking & Candles
No real candles inside, and no smoking please! We kindly ask that you properly dispose of all smoking materials before entering the home.
Outdoor Smoking receptacles are located on the property for your use during your stay.

Children’s Safety Notice
For the safety of all guests, please be mindful of children playing in the yard without supervision. The property is located on a busy road with limited visibility around corners. Additionally, being in the countryside, wildlife may occasionally be present. We also have sprinkler heads within and around the flower beds. To prevent damage and ensure proper function, we kindly ask that children refrain from playing in these areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No shoes
Please do not wear your shoes inside, it allows us to keep the space cleaner.

Hot tub rules
Please rinse off before using the hot tub, in order to remove body oils and sprays. Failing to do so can a quire an additional cleaning fee.
Hot tub cover folds over the black bar then push it back to rest on the bar towards the fence, this bar helps the cover not be on the ground.
When finished please insert the 2 brown insulation bricks on sides of cover to keep the heat in the hot tub. Thank you
No children under 14 in hot tub and we ask all children to be supervised at all times due to safety.

Furniture:
“We worked so hard to make our home a picture-perfect scene. We are already in our best place. No need to rearrange!”
No sleeping on the sofas- It breaks them down.
You may bring air mattresses.

Outdoor Furniture Policy
All outdoor furniture that is moved during your stay must be returned to its original position before departure. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $50 per item, which will be deducted from your deposit. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the property’s order, as our cleaning team’s time is dedicated to ensuring a thorough and efficient turnover for all guests.

No pets
This is a pet free space. Please keep your furry friends at home!

House
“No smoking/marijuana/vaping/illegal substances or any illegal activities inside the home, please! Take care of me as I am!”

Hose
Please keep a hose nearby the firepit in case of an emergency. We recommend having the hose on with the sprayer attached.

Noise: “The quiet time is from 9:00 pm to 7:00 AM, we don’t want to upset the neighbor. No parties, gatherings or loud music allowed without written pre-approval please ”

Note Security cameras on site : For your safety and the security of the property, please note that there are three outdoor cameras installed:
Front Door: Positioned at the main entry to the house.
Back Patio: Overseeing the outdoor seating area.
Back Porch: Covering the gas fire pit and hot tub area.
These cameras are in place solely to ensure the security and protection of the property.
