With the perfect location in Beaver Creek Village, offering access to endless outdoor activities, this mountain condo is the perfect home base for your next adventure! There will be no shortage of fun or relaxation; you and your loved ones will have access to a series of incredible shared amenities, including a hot tub, gas grills, heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room! The living room has a convenient electric fireplace when days get cold, a flatscreen Smart TV with cable, a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). Come back from the slopes to relax in the shared hot tub while the private washer/dryer back at the condo takes care of your clothes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Beaver Lodge was amazing!!!
It was the perfect location for hiking and biking plus a peaceful home base to relax and recharge. We loved the cozy furniture and spacious accommodations. The patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee and reading.

Family Ski Trip

Perfect for 2 couples seeking a spring getaway
Loved the location in BC Village - easy access to hiking, limited shopping & dining (because we were there before Memorial Day when more of the shops & restaurants opened), and proximity to Avon, Edwards & Vail. The condo was quiet and comfortable with everything needed for the kitchen, dishes & laundry.

LOVED IT!! 🎿
We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return to stay here in the future! It was perfect for a big family and has every amenity needed. Especially loved having a washer/dryer when skiing. The ski lift is so close along with restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended!

St James is elegant, well located, with nice amenities. This unit flows well with great feng shui, approximately sized and arranged furnishings. The king bed was made with cloud like sheets; so comfy. The kitchen had everything one would need including a variety of spices. A whole basket of bottle openers.

Beware of horrible service
I encourage you not to book with Vacasa or stay at the St James. They are careless and run a terrible business. My key was deactivated when I returned from dinner at 11 pm. The front desk was not open. I found some marking material at the front desk that listed an emergency hotel line to let them know I was locked out. There was a language barrier with the person on the hotline and it took a lot of time to explain what was needed. There were 2 other people in the lobby experiencing the same situation and were locked out too. 30 minutes later, the attendant brought over a key that also didn’t work. About an hour passed and the attendee I had been talking to on my phone told me to walk to another hotel where I could obtain the master key. Around 12:30am, I walked about 10 minutes in the snow to another property. After a lot of confusion by the attendee, I obtained the master key and went back to my hotel. The master key also did not work. This was the 3rd card that didn’t work. At this point it was 1:30 in the morning. I received the managers number and told them the master key didn’t work. They called a maintenance person. I tried to fall asleep on a chair on the lobby and sometime after 2am the maintenance person came with a key that enabled me to get back to my room. Both the St James and the property manager Vacasa knew I had experienced this terrible situation. I was locked out of my room for over 3 hours in the middle of the night. No one called to check on me or to offer credit for a night stay after the lock out. I am completely shocked by the lack of service and encourage anyone who reads this to avoid this property.

Fantastic all around
Location is spectacular- in the village and a quick walk to lessons or the slopes. The unit itself has everything you would need and is very clean. The beds are very soft. The building is very well run and maintained. The pool and hot tub are tested and cleaned daily. There is laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. There are extra bed linens. Really a great place to stay!

Communication with Vacasa was a nightmare
Vacasa did not send us any information for check in. We sent a message one day before which was answered 2 days later, too late! We had to ask us through to find the right reception to check in.
