Includes private hot tub on an oversized deck with beautiful mountain views. Surrounded by year-round mountain adventures only minutes away. Unit also has ski locker next to front door.

Perfect for a family of four and a couples getaway! TWO ADULTS MAX.

This is our mountain home (not just a rental), and we want to share this unbelievable mountain experience with other families - not provide a party atmosphere :). No use of hot tub after 10:00pm.

Whether you're looking for an adventure-filled mountain vacation or peaceful mountain getaway, this condo provides it all.

About the Condo:
EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW! Beautiful mountain finishes and furnishings. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, 13 ft. vaulted ceilings, large windows, QUIET condo, and don't forget your very own PRIVATE HOT TUB for 4 with covered patio and gorgeous views. Enjoy two flat-screen smart TVs, in-floor radiant heating, Wifi Internet, a gas fireplace, and a large patio surrounded by beautiful mountain views.

The Master bedroom includes a king bed, ceiling fan, closet space, dresser, and a smart TV with basic Xfinity cable (streaming options available). The bunk room includes two FULL beds and a dresser. The family room is mountain-cozy and includes a luxurious brand new leather couch, glider, and a large flat-screen smart TV with basic Xfinity cable (streaming options available).

The kitchen area is gorgeous and loaded with all the cookware needed for an extended stay. It features a large island and four barstools perfect for mealtime.

A washer and dryer provide the at-home convenience in a vacation setting.

About the location:
Located at the end of Winter Park and the beginning of Fraser. The FREE "Lift" shuttle to Winter Park town and Winter Park ski resort is located less than 100 yards outside the front door.

Winter Park is rated the Top 10 Resorts in the USA and offers plenty of adventure including skiing/snowboarding, diverse mountain biking, beautiful hiking trails, and incredible summer festivals.

Our condo is walking/biking distance from the brand new Grand County Community Recreation Center, hiking trails, and restaurants. Don't forget about nearby fishing ponds, Fraser Tubing Hill and summer rodeo just minutes away. Enjoy the beautiful mountain setting with views of Byers Peak (the nearby 14er!). Safeway is also minutes away for your last-minute shopping needs.

Winter Entertainment and Adventure:
-Two downhill ski resorts (Winter Park/Mary Jane only 2.7 miles and Granby Ranch only 15 miles away)
-Four cross-country resorts
-Snowshoeing, tubing at nearby Fraser Tubing Hill, sleigh riding, ice skating, snowmobiling, and more.

Summer Entertainment and Adventure:
-Over 600 miles of trails for bikers and hikers, including Rocky Mountain National Park
-River rafting, fly fishing, paddle boarding, boating, kayaking

Don't forget many conveniences such as Safeway, restaurants within walking distance, museums, a movie theater, and bowling ALL nearby.

This fabulous mountain retreat is only three miles to Winter Park Ski Resort, ten miles from Granby, and 18 miles from Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We had an amazing stay at this property! Very cozy, welcoming, great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. Apartment was spotless clean. We loved the fireplace, hot tub and grill right on the balcony, and amazing mountain views! I truly appreciated the full kitchen that had all necessary tools to cook quick meals. Host is great, welcoming, and provided us all details for easy check in/check out. One more thing: this property is very conveniently located and close to everything (Winter Park, grocery store, tubing, ice skating, recreation center, etc). Very pleased! Totally recommend.

Awesome place! Modern and new yet still warm & cozy...

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The place is brand new and modern but cozy at the same time. It is well stocked with anything one could need plus nice extra touches like spa-like robes. We loved the private jacuzzi on the deck and my teens enjoyed their own cool bunk room. The location is walkable to restaurants and shops and a shuttle to the slopes is literally a few steps away. We highly recommend this property and we hope to come back again soon.

Perfect Condo in a Perfect location!

The owners, Greg and Gena, have literally thought of every single detail to make this a perfect vacation! From the nice plush bath robes to the fully stocked kitchen, you will never have a need for anything! They even left a book with all the important details needed during your stay from the free shuttle bus schedule to “how to videos” for hot tub and remotes! How many times have you been on vacation and it’s taken an hour just to figure out which tv remote controls what? And what a great location! 3rd floor (top) condo with great views and an elevator to assist in carrying groceries up, skis etc. There is even a ski locker outside to store your things. The shuttle bus was so extremely easy and convenient. We only used it to go to Winter Park, because we had a car, but you could literally use it to go anywhere around town! What I loved about the location was how everything you needed was practically walking distance

restaurants, ski rentals, and groceries! The Fraser snow tubing hill is right behind the condos and we enjoyed the snowshoeing trails that were there. If you rent your shoes from the Ski Broker then you are allowed to use the snowmobile trails at the Fraser Grand Park for free! The condo was beautiful, cozy, and spotless! The hot tub was a true treat at the end of a long day of skiing! And don’t worry about bringing swim towels, they thought of those too! The cute basket full of goodies was such a warm welcome surprise. Thank you Greg and Gena for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us! We will be back!

Brand new condo, ideal location

The condo was recently built. Perks of having a brand new condo was comforting, we had no concerns of cleanliness. Close to Winter Park and a short drive to Granby Ranch, this property’s location is ideal!

Awesome!

Very nice condo, very clean, well stocked- had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating! There was a welcome basket complete with treats and local beer! Good location close to grocery store and only 2minutes from snow tubing hill.

I'm a CO native (yes, I know...it's rare :). I learned how to ski at Winter Park and was a part of the Eskimo Ski school for many years. Let's just say Winter Park and Fraser have a special place in my heart. Owning a condo in the this area is a life long dream and I'm thrilled to create many lifelong memories here with my own family. We hope you can create memories of your own in this little slice of heaven on earth and enjoy all the mountains have to offer.

We fell in love with this area as it offers non-stop fun all year long. Situated right on the border of Winter Park and Fraser, we are minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, Fraser Tubing Hill, multiple hiking trails, fly fishing, and much more. We are only 25 minutes from Granby which also offers tons of festivals and activities throughout the year. Grand Lake is only 40 minutes away and offers all you want from a lake town. Plus, Rocky Mountain National park and Trailridge Road (the highest paved road in any national park) are easily accessible!
