Mignon petit studio 455 pieds carrés a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Les skieurs ont un accÚs instantané à Winter Park et Mary Jane. Les non-skieurs pourront profiter de toutes les fonctionnalités de Ironhorse station: piscine intérieure et extérieure, bains à remous, salle de fitness, restaurant, salle de vapeur, salle de jeu, et une navette gratuite pour la ville de Winter Park. De retour cette année, le train de ski de Amtrak!

Notre unité a une cheminée à gaz, cuisine complÚte, un lit escamotable queen size, et un grand canapé-lit ainsi qu'une salle de bain complÚte.

Good location for ski in ski out

The condo is not new but offers everything it needs for a week. Only a toaster is missing. The owner is responsive and should replace the very thin pillows.

Ideal location for a stay with your partner, the place is cozy, they have 2 hot tubs, a heated pool, and proximity to resort couldn't be any better. 10/10 would return for another couple days.

Jeff was a great host. Great communication! Unit was clean and had everything we needed to make it a great week. Highly recommend if you are in the winter park area.

Artist Hang Out

We have stayed in this studio apartment several times while exhibiting at Alpine Art Affair in Winter Park. It’s the best deal I have found over the years and Jeff is always helpful with the door codes. We call this place the “house of long codes” as the door and room codes are long with lots of places for fat fingers. It will serve your needs of a place to hang your hat while out and about during the day.

July 4th Weekend 2025

Overall, this stay was amazing. The Lift bus is easily accessible to get you anywhere you’d like to go. The easy access to Trestle was amazing as well. As a young adult, the price of this stay is unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend.

Conveniently located in beautiful surroundings. Great jacuzzi and pool. Sipped wine around the gorgeous fire pit and watched satellites cross the dark night skies. Early mornings on private balcony featured hummingbirds, songbirds, and visits of Moose. Balcony faces west so sun was not a bother. A real pleasant get away. Priced right.

Ski in-ski out fantastic location

This is a studio, as the description says and has all that one may need. However, the studio is very tired and outdated. Old appliances, it appeared that the bathroom might have had a leak at some point and work had started but never completed (holes in the wall, trim missing, wallpaper torn etc). The owner was an excellent communicator and dealt with a few missing items (no soap for the shower, no dishwasher detergent etc). Just know that the space although is warm and safe and ski in and ski out, it is old and worn. wasn't finished (

Ski-in ski-out condo

Perfect location a few steps away from the corridor run, that takes you down to the gondola.Very comfy pull down (murphy) bed.Well equipped studio for self catering.Nice hot tubs for relaxing in after a hard day on the slopes.Checkin was easy, via door codes provided prior to arrival.Parking was very easy and convenient. The studio comes with two passes that you display in the car window.Very peaceful location.Jeff was very helpful and prompt with his communication.In summary I would highly recommend this lovely studio.

Convenient ski-in ski-out studio

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for skiing, with genuine ski-in and ski-out access.Communication with the owner about the check-in process, and other information about the property, was very good. He was very helpful in allowing us to leave our car in the basement garage during the day when we checked-out, which was very convenient for skiing that day.Our only negative is that a few items in the condo would benefit from some maintenance and/or updating, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

Great basic stay right on the hill at winter park

The condo was just what my daughter and I needed for our ski trip to Winter Park. The building is located very conveniently right on a catwalk to the gondola. It was clean and basic and what we needed. There was a water problem in the building but the owner was quick to notify us about it. Would stay again.
