Luxury Villa Fidelissima is a newly built vila with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and very spacious double beds.Each room has air conditioning and TV. The house has a large living room with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV and air conditioning . The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils. Extremely spacious dining room with a large table. The house contains another additional toalet for use. One room has a spacious porche overlooking the sea nature. In the house there is an additional space with a washing machine. In front of the house is a terrace with a spacious table and chairs to enjoy by the pool.Olso an outdoor shower with hot water and wooden deck chairs with comfortable armchairs. For guests we offer an outdoor barbecue, a smoll vegetable garden and playground for small children!

A great stay and a wonderful villa

The stay was great, a small neighbourhood that was very quiet, the villa was lovely and clean and decorated beautifully. A taxi or bus ride into split which is around 25/30 minutes and super close to the airport, the host can recommend a father and son taxi duo which were very reasonable. The host cooked us a freshly baked breakfast for us one morning with was a lovely touch. All 8 of us said we would 100% return! Thank you

The property and Danijela is amazing high end finish!

Hi we came with mother in law and our two daughters the property was prefect as one bedroom is on ground floor great for mother in law. Danijela was a great host pasties when we arrived and doughnuts a bit later, great conversation before trip and very helpful with taxi service driver called Ivan a great service. Danijela even often to drive us to airport if we got stuck on the morning we were leaving Fully recommend Richard

We had a fantastic stay in Split and would absolutely recommend this property. There were 8 of us, and the house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The pool was wonderful and became a favorite gathering spot after long days exploring the city and beaches.The location was excellent, with an easy short walk to the beach as well as many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking was also very easy, which made things much more convenient for our group.What really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. One morning she even prepared a homemade breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home.Overall, this was an outstanding experience and one of those places that you come back to.

Its amazing!!! Very friendly owner, thank you Danjiela for the breakfast treat, offering a lift from the shops coz we bought basic needs for the house and kids stuffs even its easy access to the supermarket and she’ll reply straight away if any problems. Well recommended to everyone, child friendly, we felt homely, safe area and its quite close to everything. We will come back again, Fedelissima!!!

Amazing property, great location, fantastic host

Beautiful, modern, spacious property with perfect sized pool and lots of outside space for sunbathing and relaxing. It even has private parking for up to 2 cars with electronic gate access. Our host (Danijela) was really friendly and welcoming and even baked cakes and gave us fresh figs. I cannot recommend this property enough. There are many supermarkets near by, but you really do need a car to visit places and to get to beaches. It is mid way between Split and Trogir (20-25 mins from each location in the car). Trogir is a beautiful old town and well worth visiting. We mixed our holiday with days out and days relaxing by the pool. Perfect !! You will not be disappointed if you rent this property.
