About a 5-minute walk from the Plaza and the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, this lovely home puts you in the heart of the city, then pampers you with 3 bedrooms, deck, fireplace, and Wi-Fi/HDTV.

Head out on foot to explore the beautiful downtown sights of Santa Fe, then return to the luxurious comfort of this beautifully appointed home.

One primary bedroom is downstairs, featuring a queen-sized bed, and plush reading chair with lamp.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs, affording extra privacy and quiet for children and other early-to-bedders! each one contains a queen-sized bed, and beautiful banks of windows on two walls. .

Glimpse Santa Fe's famous sunsets and enjoy those fresh northern New Mexico breezes from this perch right in the center of town!

Great place to stay

We had a great time in this lovely adobe house. The kitchen is nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable, the management was very pleasant to work with.

Great location, very quiet neighborhood House was fully stocked including plenty of towels. Questions were immediately answered. Deck is the perfect place for morning coffee. We'll definitely be back

This was our first time doing a Vrbo rent anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again. We found nearly everything you need for a cookout, rest, relaxing and very near to all the places and events we had planned.

Nice comfortable house

This property is very comfortable and is located closer to the plaza, markets and restaurants. It's clean and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The property manager was accessible to answer a couple of questions we had. We had a very pleasant experience with this property. It would have been nicer if the check in and out of the property was easier, but no big deal.

Easy access to downtown Santa Fe

Great house that is well decorated and supplied with all the kitchen items that you would need. The only downside was that we could not get the gas fireplace to work. There is a shopping mall nearby with a great restaurant and 2 grocery stores.

The Rio Grande Retreat had one of the best equipped kitchens with very high quality cookware. The living room was comfortably furnished with a big tv and many streaming options. The home had extensive decorating accessories and art that was warm and welcoming. The space worked well for our family of four adults. The location was peaceful, quiet and an easy, safe walk to the Plaza. The DeVargas Center was close by for picking up groceries at the Market or Sprouts. It would have been really great to have a WORKING fireplace for a cozy Christmas setting. The fireplace looked good, There were no instructions for operating the fireplace, and it seemed intuitive to turn on the gas line and use the remote control to switch it on. I was unable to get the fireplace turned on. Comments similar to mine in the guest book document that the fireplace hadn't worked in the past 2-3 years! I called guest services about it and was told they would send someone to check on it that afternoon. No one came and there was no follow-up by guest services. While I would stay here again, including the fireplace as a feature in the description is NOT ACCURATE and NOT ACCEPTABLE. Describing the home as having a fireplace is deceptive if it doesn't work. Either update the VRBO description or fix the fireplace situation. I might feel better about it if a price adjustment were made.

The property gave me the wrong code to the door. It took an hour to talk to somebody on the property. The neighbor ended up come in and give us the code to enter the house once we’re inside we found out that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the portable AC unit was not working as well. It was 95 inside the house.

Get a digital entry lock so clients do not have to pick up and drop off a key. We called and got an iron and ironing board in minutes.

Everything was ok
 air conditioning was out apon arrival and it took them 36 hours to repair. Never responded to the messenger within this app
 had to call the 24 hr line. Besides the AC not working and lack of response through messenger app, everything else was ok.

SantaFe getaway

Enjoyed the cleanliness of property and short driving distance to SantaFe Plaza, Canyon Road and to freeway. Didn’t like the layout of the property. It isn’t clear from the photos but the one bedroom and small bath are downstairs near laundry room (converted garage space) and other bedroom upstairs - the other bedroom is fine with accessible bathroom. It should be made clear where bedrooms and baths are located. Fireplace didn’t work and when we called on Sat we were told “pilot light probably went out due to wind (which wasn’t true) and when we asked if someone could assist, he abruptly stated “it isn’t an emergency!” However, when you are in the service business, weekends are a big part of the peak stays and so services should be available! Wanted to provide this feedback for information to perhaps improve property management services. Thank you for asking.

Cozy Getaway/Great Home Base for hitting the slopes.

We stayed in this gem over spring break and it was absolutely wonderful. We did 4 days of snow boarding and this was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a full day on the slopes. The location is great, close enough to walk to the plaza but not too close to all the potential noise. It was quiet and serene. The sun deck is just lovely to sit and watch the gorgeous sunsets, but honestly we were so tired after snowboarding each day that we just cozied up on the couch and watched movies. The furniture, including all the beds, is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer work great too. I most appreciated that the property was fragrance free. We are very sensitive to fragrance so I always ask to have cleaners refrain from using air fresheners, fragranced detergent, and to remove plug-ins and diffusers. We I communicated about that they told me the property was already free of fragrance. They did not lie. The property just smelled like nothing, which is wonderful to me. And they provided free and clear detergent for the washing machine. The bedding didn't smell like perfume either, just smelled like fresh sheets. That's a huge deal to me because a migraine can ruin a whole trip. We would definitely stay here again. The front entry room made a perfect staging area for all our snowboarding gear. It was also very close to the road that goes right up the mountain to the Santa Fe Ski area.
