Amazing Views from this waterfront condo.

Harbour Haven is an amazing 5th floor unit at Harbour Pointe Condominiums! It is located on Big Lagoon so you have a fantastic waterfront view of the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico beyond the national seashore. 2 bedrooms 1 bath and sleeps 5. This unit has some of the best views possible of Big Lagoon and Gulf of Mexico from the 5th floor. This unit has 1 full bedroom with a queen bed, 1 small 'kids' room with a twin bed, and a queen size fold out sleeper sofa.
The space
There are two LCD TVs with cable, one in master and one in the living room. Full size kitchen with everything needed to make a gourmet meal. Large bar in kitchen with 4 bar stools. Unit also has washer and dryer.

Our cleaning company will provide a starter pack of items such as: roll of toilet paper, roll of paper towel, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent tablet, travel size shampoo etc.

Unit has a large balcony with a table and chair set that seats 4 and a lounger.

If unfamiliar with the Perdido Key /Pensacola area, there are many great restaurants, beaches, and activities. Property is also located less than 2 miles from Pensacola NAS. You can watch the Blue Angels fly directly over the complex! We would love for you and your family to stay at our property!

We have a doorbell camera, so we can monitor check in, check out, and our cleaning service.


*Please note: Our boat dock was destroyed during Hurricane Sally and the rebuild process should begin within the next year.*

Peridido Key vacation

Beautiful place, pool is awesome, view was awesome, beach ain’t much there to call a beach but it was pretty, plenty of crab fishing, overall nice place to visit, everyone was nice to us! On to the next place to explore!

Nephews wedding

Came to town for my nephews wedding, which was at a venue1 mile East on the Gulf Beach Highway. The check-in for the condo was very easy, especially being there were no keys involved.The condo was very comfy, and well equipped, and everyone on the property that I ran into was very nice.I didn't use the pool as I was busy with my family most of the time, but it looked very nice, and appeared very popular.I do not know if I will ever make it back to Pensacola, but if I do, I will definitely check to see if the condo is available.

Waterfront

This was the first time that I was trying to find a Pensacola vacation rental. I loved the waterfront views, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was good. Just like in the description, other than there was only a couch and not the extra big chair and ottoman, which I was kinda disappointed about. It appeared clean and nice other than we realized on the first day there that the floors hadn't seem to be mopped like they should've been. We were a little disappointed about the location and how long it actually took to get to Pensacola Beach. But Perdido Key I think was like 20 minutes away, and it wasn't as crowded. Overall, I would stay there again for the waterfront fuse, and the fishing dock.

The views are amazing

Wonderful stay with our five & seven year old. Meals on the balcony overlooking Big Lagoon were pleasant. We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub by the water. Everything we might need for cooking etc was available in the kitchen. Moving luggage up and down was a breeze. Pull through in vehicle to the basement elevator, load up a cart and be at the condo door within a couple minutes. The majority of the folks at this secluded complex more or less live here year round and are super friendly. I would say this smaller unit in the complex would be a little tight with older kids. The tiny bedroom is often used as a large storage/utility room in the larger condo units. This was the case in a previous larger unit we stayed in a few years back. Also, we chose to have the kids on the fold out couch since the mounted wifi receiver for the unit is permanently placed a foot above the bed where the kids heads would have layed. Not advisable by health experts. The kids preferred sleeping near the sliding glass door by the balcony anyway. So no problem at all for us. But just be aware so there are no surprises with the size of second bedroom, etc. Oh, and the private pier has been rebuilt from the hurricane four years ago. We would stay here again.

Thanks for staying but it’s says in the unit description that it’s is a small kids room with a twin bed so if you read there won’t be a problem.

Great place for a family vacay

Everything was as described. It’s close to Perdido and Pensacola. Beautiful views of Big Lagoon. Small private beach on lagoon side for a quick stroll or little ones playing.

Great condo

The condo is great, the location is great and the residents are great. The only downfall was the lack of communication. I had to reach out about the check-in process. We were never told that the building was being worked on. There was a lot of noise from grinders and a crew right outside our balcony painting. The residents said it’s been going on for months so the owner was well aware. That was the only disappointing thing from our stay.
