Beautiful brick home on historic Paddock St in Watertown NY. Walk a couple blocks from this quiet tree-lined neighborhood to downtown, hospitals, and schools. Enjoy your own space with front and back entry ways with covered porches. The vaulted ceilings are open space are elegant and comfortable. The home is a short drive from Lake Ontario, St. Lawrence river/seaway, and the Adirondack Park. Also about 15 minutes to Fort Drum.

Family gathering

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds, clean & welcoming. Great location, walkable historic district, good restaurants. It was just what we needed for our Christmas gathering of family. Excellent communication with owner.

Pleasant stay

This is a charming older home so expect some quirks. Nice size rooms with large windows. Close to downtown we walked there a couple of times. Neighborhood is pretty. It is a older home with hard floors so expect creeking floors while walking. The only dilemma we had is there is only a AC unit in the 1 bedroom. Which was a bit of sticky point with my girls. However it was going down to the mid 60s at night so it wasnt a problem. Only things is this very quiet street is a sudden high traffic area in the morning so yes the many loud cars and truck woke us in the morning. Other then those little points we loved our stay. Also enjoyed the town square and some of the restaurants. Empire, The wine lounge, Maggie's on the water and Cams pizza. There are a bunch of little shops to visit. Plus take cruise to sackets harbor and Clayton all within a half hour drive.
