Always nice at this house whether 1st floor or 2nd floor. Very clean and well kept. All the amenities are here at your disposal.

Property is beautiful, very clean. Could use a booklet of instructions on how TV's work, what's expected at check out. Overall loved our stay and would definitely come back

Friendly, clean, great location!

Friendly host, quick to respond to questions! Apartment had everything we needed. It was extra warm while we were there, and Kara had made sure there were extra fans to help us manage air movement and keep the apartment nice and cool! Location was perfect for visiting family in the area. Would absolutely recommend!!

The apartment was excellent. It is on the second floor of an older house, but is beautifully renovated and updated. The air conditioning kept it cool despite high 80 degree days. The woodwork is all carved and beautiful. Great place for our family of four and our dog!

Perfect for Our Needs

Rental was clean with all the things we needed for the Thanksgiving weekend. Clise enough to Watertown to visit with our daughter. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and their was plenty of room for Thanksgiving dinner. Owner was great and communicated with us whe reached to for questions.
