Great private place for 2 people. King size bed, , table by the window to view the ocean and a comfortable couch/tv area. We have a home few streets away and this was the perfect place to stay to check on our renovation project . No kitchen , but, breakfast-lunch-dinner is a short stroll away. It was a pleasure to meet Jack and his nephew when we checked in . We hope to stay again to check on construction progress .

This place is settled almost perfectly between Boston and Cape Cod. The surrounding bars and restaurants fit in to the beach-type atmosphere. It's not meant for a long term stay in my opinion but it's perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean when we walked in and we made sure it was cleaned when we walked out.

We stayed for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. The place was clean, comfortable and as described. Walkable to a great breakfast place and the water. Would recommend!

This place is perfect! Exactly as shown, just a great little "your own condo" in Marshfield, my wife and I loved it. Owner's communication was excellent -- we absolutely recommend it. And on top of all of that, you can see the ocean! Owner left us a few Koozys, what a nice touch.

The hosts couldn’t be nicer and this cozy flat is just perfect. A block from the beach. An easy walk to a fine breakfast. I’d stay here again.

Great Place

The place is beautiful and easy to access. Just a block or so away from the beach. Spacious, comfortable and private. If we are ever in the area again we would certainly stay here again.
