OK so let me make this easy for you. This Amazing spot is not like other property your looking at! Imagine this! Going to the #1 beach in the USA than coming back to a huge refreshing pool. Than after sitting in a massive wooded back yard with a huge fire pit and listening to great music and making s’mores! This is like your in the woods yet on the water where NO ONE will tell you the music is too loud you can have the fire going late. The Cabin is built on top of the water hidden in the woods

We are 5 star rated! Fire pit, patio, paddle boards, kayaking, Pool, Private drive and wooded location. Great deck wrapped around the house. Your 100 yards away from the main house so you will enjoy total privacy and private parking. The pool is at the main house but well worth the walk:) We have an additional room private entrance at the main guest house with a private bathroom for additional guest if you need it! Ask us about boating options you can walk in the back yard and boat to the Gulf of Mexico or Siesta Key beach!

The Cabin and almost 1 acre wooded lot. Amazing location to everything. Tons of private parking away from houses or anyone.

Main house is 100 yards away for anything you may need. No more than 6 six guest at anytime.

Siesta key beach 5 minutes away. Downtown Sarasota, st. Armands circle are all 5-10 minutes away. Srq airport is 15-20 minutes away

Car or Uber you have your own parking

Its the best spot for privacy anywhere! No neighbors! We have bon fires every weekend and play our music and never have to worry about anyone complaining. This is just seclusion at its best with high quality! Look at our reviews. OFF THE CHART! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN plus privacy! and the amenities are world class! We also have outdoor cameras by the garage fire pit and pool area only. They are all outside and for security purposes for checkin and not used during your stay.

This is nothing of what is advertised. This is a bait and switch location and the pictures are NOT current. Outside area is falling apart, dirty, and just plain shocking. Refused to spend a single hour here and rented another property. Currently have a claim open with Vrbo and my bank to get my money back. Host was seemingly lovely to work with but was never told the property was not up to par with description and advertised pictures. Beyond disappointed after flying in from out of state.

perfect place

You have to stay here if you want to have a perfect vacation on Siesta Key. This is a great location.everything is there. And every place recommended by the friendly host Roy were excellent. We had a good time and were lucky to see manatees and dolphins.

Very Nice Place

This is a great place if you enjoy being outdoors! We enjoyed the deck with the overhang, fire pit, hot tub/pool, and the dock on the water. The various wildlife was a bonus. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Would recommend this property.

Great cottage

Semi-secluded, cozy, bungalow. Great for two people. Updated with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The hot tub/pool is great. Nice fire pit and is near the water.

Absolutely perfect little hidden gem!

Me and my 2 teenage daughters stayed in this little gem. Our stay was amazing! My favorite part the washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes!! The pond was serene, the kayaks to go down the creek so cool! Ray was an amazing host! Would absolutely stay again if in Sarasota!

Pictures were a little misleading but over all a nice place to just get away. Very clean. Just needs a little TLC outside. Would not recommend for children.

sweet spot

pleasantly surprised. had everything we needed plus a private space with a dock for fishing , a private fountain and a great fire pit with plenty of wood. didn’t get in the heated pool but the water temp felt great. shopping very close. very clean place…we could have used a little more time to enjoy it more. we were there during presidents week so siesta key which is a few miles away was crazy crowded.

Best VRBO house we've stayed at!

Love this property. I would buy it if I could. It's so comfortable and Roy is the perfect host. Super great property and we will definitely be recommending to friends and family and also renting again. You will not regret staying here. Also... RENT.THE.BOAT. It was so much fun and we saw dolphins and manatees. Also took out the kayaks and saw iguanas, fish, and birds. It's a paradise! While in the pool we saw squirrels, racoons, woodpeckers, herons, lizards and more! Roy is so very personable and friendly. Great communication with hosts and you won't want to stay in a hotel ever again. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Could be really cute

We were attracted to this property due to the access to the creek behind. We liked that paddle boards and kayaks were provided. They could use a good spray down to clean them between guests. We liked the fountain outside. The decor is cute however, the property is pretty run down. Nails are sticking out of the wrap around deck. The wood looks should prob be replaced. Walls and doors inside could use a good cleaning. The towels and wash clothes should be replaced. They were miss matched, worn and stained. Our host was very nice and responsive to our requests.

For true believers who prefer magic over cookie cutter home!

This was....just a magical spot. Unexpected and incredible perfect. .Everything you could ever dream of if you want to be transported back to the 1950s and old Florida. The house sheets, pillows and basic elements were of the highest quality and the house was fresh and clean and the best getaway you could imagine...we slept and didnt wake up until noon the next day ..and then we realized we were sleeping on top of a ebbing bayou jetty off the river...the fish gathered outside the porch and the whole cabin was private and quiet and safe feeling ...perfect for mom & child....I will be sending customers to this enchanting little villa .. There is nothing you could want here. Perfect for a week getaway!!! Safe neighborhood & right on the river! Like a fairytale! Huge screen tv if you needed that...tiny kitchen but perfect for us...washer and dryer too! Incredible escape!

2022 Golf Trip

Property was great except we thought 3 of the bedrooms would have more than one bed. So only 4 of the 8 of us had adequate sleeping accommodations. Host was great and checked on us often
