2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain condo de 3 Ă©tages joliment meublĂ© !!! SituĂ© entre la plage et le palais des congrĂšs. Salon au 1er Ă©tage, cuisine et 1/2 salle de bain. Buanderie au 2e Ă©tage, chambre avec salle de bain complĂšte. Lit King et un ensemble de lits superposĂ©s doubles en haut et en bas. Chambre au 3Ăšme Ă©tage a une salle de bain complĂšte, lit queen et un balcon. La vue depuis le balcon est l'une des meilleures vues des feux d'artifice qui se produisent toutes les deux semaines ici au bord de l'ocĂ©an. Les draps sont fournis. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home! Mitzi was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to experience the Virginia Beach oceanfront and everything it has to offer. We cannot wait until our next visit.

What a gem! We stayed for four nights with our pup, and could not have had a better experience! The townhouse is absolutely perfect - beautiful, clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and in the absolute best location. We walked to amazing coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants, enjoyed the local neighborhood shopping, markets, and street festival, walked to the beach daily, and took a short drive to the Aquarium and Adventure Park. Mitzi is also an incredible host! She is friendly and communicative, and she made sure we had everything to make our stay unforgettable. We will be sure to book this wonderful property again next time we visit Virginia Beach!

Amazing spot in Virginia Beach’s ViBe district! We loved our stay - this was a perfect location for us during our stay for the 2025 VB 10 miler event. Just a few blocks from the beach, this three-level condo was a comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay. We appreciated having two parking spots literally right in front of the condo! The top level has a balcony which is great for enjoying morning coffee from Fathom Coffee which is right down the block! Great nearby spots include Lolly’s (ice cream), Commune (farm-to-table fare), and a brewery and distillery on either side! Communication was great, check-in was easy, and the condo was well appointed. We’d definitely stay again!

As advertised

From beginning to end the process and stay was flawless. Easy checkin, clean place, easy checkout.Had toiletries and welcome items were a nice touch. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Stayed with family and dog. Great location. We did not go to the oceanfront but it would be a short walk. What a beautiful place!! Extremely clean and well appointed with all the necessities. We were amazed when we walked into soft music playing on the TVs, lights turned on for us, and fresh fruit and cookies. Mitzi was a very gracious host and super responsive. Location was right in the middle of many restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and breweries. Best VRBO experience yet!Thank you, Mitzi!

A great getaway close to the beach!

The property was immaculate when we arrived and while we packed a lot just in case, the house was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen necessities, beach chairs/cooler/wagon, and even a few snacks. The balcony on the top floor was nice for cooler evenings or midday relaxation after the beach. The location is fantastic - maybe a 5-10 minute walk to the beach at most (we have young kids, so there was always a lot to haul with us). The VIBE district is great as well - restaurants, bars, and shops within a minute walk from the house. Highly recommend snatching this property up for your next vacation to Virginia Beach. My family loved it!

Really Nice Home

We really like the property and all the extra touches like the fully stocked kitchen and fruit, crackers, and cookies and coffee that the landlord left. The property is very nice and modern and up-to-date and spacious for my husband, son, in laws and me. The only minor thing is just be cautious when walking around the side of the second floor bed as the back corners stick out a little so be careful to not run into them. Everything was absolutely perfect though

Absolutely Perfect VB Getaway at Winny's Place! A True 10/10!

Our stay at Winny's Place was nothing short of perfection! We genuinely could not have been happier with our Virginia Beach experience here. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from a few nice bars and restaurants, making exploring a breeze. The condo itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. What truly set this stay apart was Mitzi; she was an exceptional host, incredibly communicative and wonderfully accommodating, especially when we had car trouble and arrived late. It's crystal clear why Winny's Place boasts a 10 out of 10 rating – it earns every single point. We wholeheartedly recommend it!"

This place had everything we needed. This was a 3 night stop on our 10day Road-trip. We couldn't even believe how nice this was for the inexpensive cost. Great area too. The host Mitzi made check in/check out so easy. On a scale og 1-5, i give 10!! neighborhood

Great Virginia Beach Condo - close to EVERYTHING!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO condo. Mitzi was very communicative and the check in was easy and stress-free. The condo is clean and lovely. The kitchen is AMAZING - it has everything you need! We also loved that beach chairs were provided for us to use. There are SO many good restaurants within walking distance of the condo and we tried many of them. Also - the beach is only 3 blocks away. We enjoyed the boardwalk - unfortunately while we were there they were doing beach restoration and a lot of the beach was closed off - but we just had to walk a little further to enjoy the ocean. Overall it was a great stay and a wonderful VRBO experience. Thanks Mitzi!

Virginia Beach vacation

The condo in Virginia Beach was a great place to stay. Everything was more than expected and we would definitely return to this rental. Very friendly host Mitzi made the stay a delight.

Great stay in Virginia Beach

The place is perfect—clean with a nice kitchen and comfy bed (we only used the King). It was also well stocked with even fruit and cookies!The boardwalk and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.There is some major construction nearby, which means driving and walking directions need to adjust. But, far enough away that there is NO noise, so it is not really a problem at all.

Amazing house

I came down with a friend and our daughters for their gymnastics competition and this house was perfect for us! Super clean and it had everything we could have needed. And the location was perfect as well! Would definitely recommend!

WE DECIDED TO TURN IT INTO A SEASONAL RENTAL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE FUN, ARTSY LIFESTYLES, JUST LIKE WE DO. THIS CONDO IS IN THE NEW "VIRGINIA BEACH VIBE" DISTRICT. SWEET LITTLE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, AND BUSINESSES OF ALL SORTS (SURF SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS,ETC...) ARE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED! WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEASONAL RENTAL BUSINESS, AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT WE BELIEVE A GUEST WOULD NEED TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION. WE LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND ARE VERY HANDS-ON OWNERS THAT ARE HERE TO HELP IN ANY WAY THAT WE POSSIBLY CAN. WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER NAMED "WINNY". ( OUR PRIDE AND JOY!!!)
