Oceanfront spectaculaire et vues. L'été dernier, le 6 juillet, 10% de réduction

La maison en bord de mer avec le "toit vert" est un emplacement spectaculaire sur la plage. Il faut le voir pour comprendre. Cette magnifique et nouvelle maison est un cadre plus intime que la plupart des maisons sur Topsail encore est situé dans le centre de l'île juste au nord de la ville de Surf où il y a moins de congestion et de circulation.

Il est une maison spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour les amis et la famille. l'ensemble de la plate-forme de premier niveau est complètement recouverte fournir une protection à sec en cas de pluie. Le niveau supérieur est une grande terrasse ouverte qui offre une vue incroyable et la brise panoramique sur l'océan. levers de témoins sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil sur le son de toutes les fenêtres, les terrasses ou les nombreux balcons qui entourent la maison. Prenez vos pas privés de tout niveau du pont à une plage immaculée et la mer Caroline du Nord propres. Rincer dans l'une des deux douches chaudes et froides à l'extérieur.

Le premier niveau de "Green Roof" est l'une des deux chambres à coucher et face à l'océan. Il y a une deuxième chambre à l'étage aussi avec accès à la plage ainsi que d'une troisième chambre qui les enfants vont adorer.

Le niveau supérieur est le lieu de rassemblement de la famille pour les repas, les divertissements et les loisirs. Le salon entier est doté de carrelage italien, d'une salle à manger et d'un téléviseur HD de 55 pouces (comprend des chaînes cinéma premium). La vue imprenable sur l'océan est maintenant tout en verre avec en plus une baie vitrée en taille réelle. La cuisine a toutes les commodités et est juste à côté de la salle à manger principale donnant sur la plage. Profitez de la télévision (HBO, Netflix) ou détendez-vous simplement sur les transats supérieurs au son des vagues déferlantes. Adjacente à la pièce à vivre, la deuxième et plus grande suite parentale comprend une salle de bain avec douche et jacuzzi.

L'emplacement est à environ deux miles de la jetée Surf City où il y a la grande pêche, restaurants et magasins. Il y a un accès même à l'Intracoastal Waterway (ICWW) à proximité pour tous les types d'activités nautiques. Toit vert est en vacances perfection que ce soit une réunion de famille ou une escapade privée. C’est l’ensemble complet.

Le meilleur de tous, les températures atmosphériques et océaniques de l'île de Topsail restent très agréable presque toute l'année. Les plages restent l'un des plus pittoresque sur la côte est. Prendre plaisir!

Spectacular for July 4!

Wonderful home with amazing views! On top of all the fantastic qualities this home has to offer, watching fireworks here was truly breathtaking! The location allows you to see far up the coast in both directions and there were fireworks EVERYWHERE on Independence Day! We loved it and will certainly return!

Beautiful beach front vacation

We had an amazing stay at Topsail Island and Jeff and Susan were gracious hosts. The house was pristinely clean and comfortable. We loved the ease of walking out to the beach each day and the house had lots of chairs and beach toys for use. The kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking needs. I would definitely book this property again.

Amazing, relaxing vacation

The house was perfect! It had enough space for 8 of us without feeling crowded. Updated and modern. Beautiful views from both decks. Easy access to the beach and hoses at every level to wash sand off. Great location not too far from Surf City but not too close and beach was not crowded at all. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Nice House

We loved where the house was situated; there was no house to one side so the beach was never crowded in front of the house. Two decks were fantastic to get some sun during the day and to watch the moon at night. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookwares. The layout in the living area was open so we could cook, eat, and hangout together in one place. We had a great time!

Check in was a breeze! Communication with owners was fantastic! This home was beautifully decorated and had ample room for the 6 of us and our 2 furry family members! Everything was clean and many “extras” supplied! The hosts even had a warm loaf of sourdough bread delivered to us one evening! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware! We loved the ocean views from all of the rooms and the easy access onto the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular views INDEED! I come to Topsail often and this home is as advertised. It’s clean (which is even more impressive that it’s dog friendly), the kitchen is MORE than well stocked. It’s one of the best I’ve seen. Oh, and the sourdough bread was divine and a lovely touch. Having 2 rinsing areas was a plus, as well. The garages were also a plus. Note: lots of stairs if you have anyone who has physical limitations. Certainly not a deterrent. The hosts and property manager were INCREDIBLY responsive. All in all my experience was outstanding and I highly recommend.

Best house we have stayed in 15 years !!

So clean ! It is set up so great you don’t even track sand in . Very comfortable and close to anything you need. The owners are great and make sure you know all that is needed for a wonderful vacation, kitchen has anything you need and linens and towels were exceptional. Close access to beach and chairs are even provided. Garage was spacious to park all vehicles. Great place to bring your pets . They also had a great time . We will definitely stay here again . No regrets at all !

Excellent!

This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in at the beach. The house was perfect, well stocked, and great location. I enjoyed having most of the bedrooms on a separate floor from the main space since it gave us the space to spread out and not feel crowded. The view and beach were gorgeous and we spent most of our time on the various decks. The owners were very communicative and helpful, answering questions and quickly resolving an Internet issue that arose. We will definitely look to be back some day! Excellent house!

Great house literally on the beach

We were debating between a condo and a beach house and I am very glad with the latter. The house has a deck that goes out right to the beach which was convenient with bringing stuff out for the day. Even at it's 'busiest' time (Memorial Day weekend) we had a whole section of the beach all to ourselves. Being a little nit picky but I wish the top deck had a dinning room table or at least 5-6 chairs so we could all hang out there in the evening.

Great house - great location.

We rent a lot in TS. This house was very nice. New kitchen and completely stocked. Large deck overlooking the Atlantic. Very comfortable. The Family had a great vacation. Thank You. * one suggestion to upgrade the wifi. Some of us had to work and were kicked off the wifi. Perhaps just an extender or two around the house would help.

Green roof

Pictured walkway to beach was not there. Too many steps to get down to the walkway that was too narrow for the beach wheelchair that we rented for my wife. She is in a wheelchair, the living area is on the top floor too many steps. Living room chair leans to right when you sit. Blinds in one BR were broke.Freeze pops left in freezer mold.

Wow, we didn't see this coming. For 15 years we have been renting our "Green Roof" property with an average review of 4.85 (nearly perfect). In fact, many of our guests have written in their reviews that their stay was one of the best of their travel experiences. Yes, one photo was to display the close proximity that the house has to the beach, not the access. A hurricane altered our deck design a few years ago and no one ever noted the change. All renters have been extremely happy with our current lower ramp access and present stairs to the oceanfront. If this renter had simply asked us if our property was wheelchair friendly, we would have honestly responded that it is not well suited to the handicapped. We are currently reviewing the possibility of a cargo lift but we have concerns that the machinery will alter views due to the placement. The house was built in 2005, and the lot has a tight footprint. There are over 30 stairs to the upper deck. Many renters don't mind that, as there are landings on each level. We are in our 70s, and don't even notice the climb anymore. We definitely sympathize with the renter who gave this review. He was upset, and complained about minor things when he should have approached us directly with any situation. We would have gladly discussed his concerns and been honest! As our past reviews have shown, we communicate well with our guests to provide all with a wonderful beachfront vacation.

Wonderful home, wonderful week!

Wow, from the minute you walk into the home you can tell how much it is loved! Although there are a lot of stairs (something to be ready for!), you're greeting with beautiful crown molding and decorations along the way. The view from the living area is breath-taking, and once you are out on the balcony you have views from all directions with the sand and ocean right at your feet! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen really well stocked, and there were thoughtful accents throughout that made us feel right at home. The location is excellent - just north of the Surf City line - so access to shopping and restaurants is a breeze. We would stay here again n a heartbeat! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time. The property was very nice. I was surprised that there were several dirty glasses in the sink, used coffee grounds in the coffeemaker. The bath mats in the master were wet and at least one set of linens were not changed. Overall the rest of the house was clean and it was great for our family. The Communication with the property owners was great, we never talked to the property manager.

We have been renting our Topsail property for 13 years. During those years, we’ve only had 1 other issue with a guest. For 13 years, we’ve maintained a 4.9+ rating from very supportive reviews. For 13 years, many of those reviews included comments as…” cleanest rental we have ever seen” and…”well maintained, pristine property. Full of amenities”. For 13 years we’ve always had yearly returning guests. For 13 years, we had never filed a complaint with VRBO or Airbnb, until now. When our property manager and seasoned staff members entered the house during transition Saturday following the departure of this guest and family, they were shocked and, for the first time ever, called us immediately to report on the situation at the house. Garbage and dishes were not removed. The oven was caked with splattered pizza damaging the door seal. The tablecloth was stained and unwashed. Our $3,000 two-year-old sofa was also stained. Pet excrement was visible. Oreo cookies were on the wall from child handprints, as well as pieces in the deck sliders. In addition, our manager, who carefully takes house inventory each week, reported missing coffee mugs, wine goblets and cutlery. Our staff then provided us with all photos (time-stamped on the same day) as well as their statements. We too were shocked. The insurance claim that we filed was only to cover the extra cleaning cost. That full amount will be paid to our staff who had to work several additional hours to prepare the house for the incoming family. We did not file for missing items or a refrigerator vegetable drawer that had been damaged. Some people who pay extra money to stay in a first-class home or hotel feel entitled to leave the place in disarray. Often when confronted, some may claim that the premises was a mess when they arrived, as a diversion from the truth. For 13 years, no other guest has ever tried to claim that our home was not fully cleaned prior their arrival. Again, our past reviews, and our full summer bookings, speak for themselves.

we had a wonderful time at this house. excellent, clean, under crowded beach. the house was great with good modern amenities. we had 3 adult couples, but could have easily accommodated a couple more people.. good golf close by & good seafood options we would stay there again 100%.

Following our retirement in 2016, we have resided at Green Roof 6 months during the year, enjoying every minute of the time on Topsail.
