The unobstructed view and easy access to the beach were the stars of our stay! The house is well maintained and the finishes are the nicest of any beach house we have previously rented. Having a pool is an added bonus. The house was perfect for my family.

The house was immaculate and complete with all the household essentials you might need. The view was beautiful, the area was quiet and the walk just across the dune to the beach was so convenient for walks on the beach everyday. Steve was VERY responsive to any needs or questions we had and offered a lot of info about the area prior to our visit. We had gorgeous weather while we were there and everyone we met while out and about was very friendly. Even the pool/jacuzzi guy, Charlie, offered some great suggestions for fishing and answered a lot of local questions we had...as well as tried to help us manage our TV remote. It was a fantastic trip with family...we would definitely stay again.

Spent Thanksgiving here and hope to do it again next year! The house was absolutely stunning, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was the most well stocked I’ve see at a rental. And Steve was an absolute wonderful host. The views and watching dolphins from the top deck couldn’t be beat!

Perfect location. Well appointed home, with all the things you need. Steve and Lori were amazing hosts. Great place for multiple families to stay. The beach was amazing and we loved the seating area on top of the dune. The elevator saved our back and sanity when moving luggage and groceries from the car to top floor. We would definitely come back.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect spot. The home is beautiful, and the private beach access is a real luxury. A special moment for us was when our children were able to see sea turtles hatch for the first time directly in front of the home! This stay was exceptional, and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful house with amazing beach views. The elevator made life so much easier with bringing in luggage and groceries. Hot tub and pool really added to the relaxing vacation experience. Private beach access was convenient and the seating was great for enjoying morning coffee with an ocean breeze. Bedrooms were roomy, bathrooms were plentiful, and the living room was perfect for down time. All around perfect vacation.

Perfect family beach house

Our adult kids and 2 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time for the second year. The house has plenty of room for privacy and spending time together, as well as easy beach access. It is beautifully appointed with all of the amenities you could ask for.

We were impressed from the very beginning! Communication with the owner was great, the house had everything you needed (and more), the beach was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the location was perfect for our family. We have been to many beaches in NC and this one is our new favorite!

Great house, very nice owner

Great house, nice pool and awesome views of the ocean. Just wish there was more "action" on the island but if you want rest and relaxation this is the place for you and your family. We rented bikes but barely used them because the main area where restaurants and shops are located is a pretty good ride up and back.

Excellent location in North Topsail with gorgeous ocean views. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the ocean was one of our families favorite activities. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Bring trash bags and paper products.

Wonderful home!

The house is beautiful and accommodated all our needs and more. Plenty of room to be together or be alone. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool was great and the ocean views perfect, even in stormy weather. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

This home is gorgeous. Everything we needed was at this house. We loved splitting up our days between the beach and the back yard pool. The ground floor ice maker was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend renting this house.

Amazing!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing, refreshing stay! We had everything we could possibly need, they thought of everything! We felt as if we were at our own home, so comfortable! Beach is amazing, super quiet and private! This family has gone above and beyond to make their home comfortable and inviting for guests. Will definitely be back!

Perfect spot

We have enjoyed several stays over the winter. This year, the owner called me ahead of time to warn of beach restoration activities. Very courteous and totally unnecessary on our end but a welcome sign that this owner really want folks to have the best time possible at the home. It has everything you’d need and amazing beach access and amenities.
