Cette maison de style chalet est situĂ©e dans un quartier trĂšs calme et Ă  quelques pas du centre-ville de St. Helena. Le climat toute l'annĂ©e est merveilleux et parfait pour boire du vin sur le porche avant ou dans l'intimitĂ© de la cour oĂč il y a un foyer au gaz, un barbecue au charbon et une grande salle Ă  manger.

Il y a deux chambres avec un lit queen dans chacune et des portes françaises menant Ă  la cour sereine privĂ©e. Les lits sont de haute qualitĂ© avec des draps haut de gamme, des oreillers en plumes et des couettes. Une chambre a des antiquitĂ©s françaises et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat HD qui offre Direct TV, Netflix et Amazon Prime. L'autre a des antiquitĂ©s amĂ©ricaines et un beau lit en fer. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un systĂšme d'eau chaude instantanĂ©e. Un bain est un bain Ÿ et l'autre a une grande Ă©tape dans la baignoire et les pommes de douche doubles. Il y a aussi un bureau entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©.

La maison est extrĂȘmement confortable et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t avec une attention aux dĂ©tails. Il y a des tapis orientaux dans toute la maison sur des planchers de bois franc et de l'art des États-Unis, d'Espagne, de Russie, d'Italie et d'autres pays. Le salon dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD Ă  Ă©cran plat, Direct TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). Il y a des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s dans la cuisine et le salon.

La cuisine de campagne est conçue pour un cuisinier gastronomique avec une cuisiniĂšre Wolf de 36 pouces avec plaque chauffante, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Viking, refroidisseur Ă  vin et Ăźlot de boucher. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© avec de petits appareils de cuisine, des casseroles et poĂȘles en cuivre et une abondance de couverts, verres et plats. À portĂ©e de main sont tous les Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels pour cuisiner, y compris l'huile, le vinaigre, le sel, le poivre et une sĂ©lection d'Ă©pices en plus de la farine, du sucre et de tous les besoins de cuisson.

Il y a un systÚme de musique au bureau avec des haut-parleurs de haute qualité dans la maison principale et une grande variété de CD. Il y a un adaptateur pour votre appareil mobile et le WiFi est inclus.

Cosy, clean, filled with artwork, Sandra's house is the perfect nest for visitors to Napa. I've never seen such an abundance of supplies available to guests. Location ideal for walking to town. Backyard perfect for lounging. Can't say enough about this property and our host. Works well for two couples.

First Napa Visit

This property was perfect for giving us the full first Napa Valley experience. It was cozy and quaint, and was close to so many places in and around St. Helena. I would highly recommend this to any visitor, new or seasoned.

Stunning home with magnificent kitchen

This home was perfect for us because, although we visited a couple vineyards and restaurants,we love spending time cooking and playing games. Sandra’s beautiful and comfortable home had the most amazing and well-equipped kitchen and beautiful outdoor spaces for enjoying family time. This place is a gem and Sandra is the most amazing and helpful host . If we get to Napa again, this is where we want to stay.

Quick getaway for the harvest season

The house was very homey and comfortable . Love the decor with the antiques . Felt like I was at my own home . Would Definately stay there again . Wish it had more bedrooms so my whole family capfuls come and stay with me .

I rarely write a review but Sandra is wonderful to work with and her home is lovely, I felt I needed to. I would highly recommend her home for people looking to stay in the St. Helena area. The home is immaculate and in a perfect location. If you want to cook at home, there is everything you could want including a Wolf Oven/Range. We have been to Napa close to a dozen times and St. Helena is always our favorite area.

Wine Country Gem

This was a really sweet bungalow; it was very clean, nicely appointed with unique artwork and can't beat the location. We enjoyed the 10 minute or so walk to Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants (be sure to visit Goose & Gander). We really enjoyed the fire pit and the entire backyard is just lovely. Bedrooms are both spacious; one of the mattresses was pretty lumpy (dips on each side) but other than that, overall a really lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at the "St. Helena Home". The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was a cook's dream. We walked in and it felt like "home". The bed in the master bed room was great. Loved the art work. We would definitely come back for another stay. Wilbur the Cat was a joy. He kept me company while my wife was attending the Culinary Institute.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities and close to downtown.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The artwork was outstanding! The home was very welcoming and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! One of the things we liked best was the outdoor space! It was beautifully landscaped and it had many seating areas. The hot tub was awesome! We were so close to downtown St. Helena, we walked there every day to get coffee and enjoy the wonderful cafes and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area! Sandra was so kind and readily available!

Cozy Get-A-Way

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was walking distance from the main street of St. Helena, and walking distance to the Friday morning market. The neighborhood was really nice too for early morning walks. We also loved the visits from Wilbur the resident cat as well as his little friend (a black cat from the neighbor's yard). This home was stocked with cleaning/laundry supplies too which was really helpful! Cute, comfortable, great location, awesome kitchen...what more could you ask for!? We will definitely be using this home again on our next trip to the Napa area.

Great St. Helena Location!

We visit the Napa wine country every year with another couple and this was our first time staying in St. Helena. What a lovely and comfortable cottage! Perfect kitchen for our breakfasts each morning before we headed out to visit new wineries and well stocked with everything we needed to make dinners most evenings and enjoy a glass of new wine! The walk to downtown is a bit longer that expected but it is doable if you have guest who feel so inclined. Would recommend this for one or two couples or a weekend getaway with girlfriends! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Cannot Wait to Stay Again!!

Wow! We love our visits to Napa with our friends, and this home full of warmth, made this trip SO much better! The layout was wonderful. The art was fantastic. So much art. Everywhere. Every space was perfect inside and outside. From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the jacuzzi, to the fire pit, to the sitting areas on the front deck/porch and yard/patio in the back/side. Anything you could ever need was stocked in the kitchen - plus more! And there were extras of everything - towels, dishes, spices, pillows, etc...! Thank you so much, Sandra! We are so happy that your home became available for us! Oh -- the fresh flowers picked from the garden that were waiting inside upon our arrival were simply beautiful. And, I already found and ordered that cute little cast iron frog toilet paper holder for my Mom for Christmas!! We loved our stay so much, and "Cannot Wait to Stay Again!!"

Repeat visit for a reason

This was our third visit to this property. We so enjoy coming to Saint Helena and staying here. Sandra is a great host always getting right back if there are any problems. Not that there is any. The house is centrally located walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is super quiet. As a guest we respected that as well. Great backyard for just sitting enjoying a bottle of wine or using the backyard cookout. Kitchen is well equipped, house is very clean. We visited five wineries and played three rounds of golf. Never traveled over half an hour.

Beautiful St. Helena Home

Our son recently was married at the Beringer Winery. My husband and another couple stayed at the Carrs’ beautiful cottage for 4 days. This is a well appointed home with great aesthetics— an eclectic art collection, lovely furnishings, up to the minute technology, and gorgeous outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed the outdoor patio areas and recently installed hot tub. Although we didn’t have time to use it, the back garden area also includes a gas fire pit. Communication with our host, Sandra, was prompt and helpful. The location was perfect for us as it is a short drive to the winery and shopping. We had most meals out, but appreciated the well stocked kitchen. If you are looking for a quiet, beautifully curated home, you will be delighted with this vacation rental.

St. Helena Getaway

The house and grounds were absolutely perfect. Extremely comfortable, quiet, private, and everything we needed to cook/grill some outstanding dinners after wine tasting at the many wineries. The house was perfectly located to allow walking to the downtown bakery, shops, and restaurants and short drives to some of the best wineries around. There’s no question we will stay here again the next time we come to Napa.

Of course I love the climate and the small town atmosphere of St. Helena. I am on the edge of town with walking distances to vineyards, farmers market and town center plus many restaurants and the beautiful Cameo Theater.

My gourmet kitchen affords those who love to cook with an area to be creative while other guest gather together. You will have a choice of dining inside or outside, sipping wine and enjoying cheese in the front or the very private backyard of our home. This house has a style that fits everyone.

The back yard has a gas fire pit and bench seating. Very fun after a day of wine tasting and touring.
