- Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed - Double on bottom, single on top, dedicated desk for remote work, toys and games.

- Family room with a sectional with TV, fireplace and a great view of the vineyard.
- Front sitting room with a coach and 3 comfortable chairs including a recliner.

Game Room:
Game room which has a foosball table, game console, TV and sectional sofa. There is also a washer and dryer and extra refrigerator.

Dining Room:
Open concept to the family room & kitchen with a dining table that can sit 7 with views of the vineyard.

Outdoor Space:
The true highlight of the house. The raised deck and patio has a hot tub right off the master suite, sectional sitting area with fire pit and large dining table.

Kitchen: Gas Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Nespresso, French press, drip coffee, & Keurig in an updated kitchen. We are ready for the cooks with a Kitchen Aid Mixer, Bread machine and lots of wine glasses. The kitchen also has a wine fridge to chill all your favorites.

House Rules:

Noise restriction in the City of St. Helena to limit outside noise after 10pm.

Our house and yard are quite close to our neighbors on either side, and we really like our neighbors and want them to be happy. Therefore, we request:
- No loud outdoor music
- No loud parties
- No gatherings of more than 15 people
- No smoking
- No access to the vineyard is permitted. Please respect this rule and absolutely no picking of the grapes.
~For your safety, there is one security camera on our ring doorbell at the front door.
~A rental contract is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking. Pet addendum required for any furry friends staying.
~ Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking. ~ A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation.
~ Your cleaning fee includes a $5000 damage waiver policy to cover accidental damage. Exclusions apply.
~ Monthly stays: We require a light cleaning every 2 weeks in addition to the checkout cleaning
