Condo Penthouse à Ocean Club Plaza. Une grande terrasse couverte offre une salle à manger et des siÚges confortables pour siroter des cocktails avant le dßner avec une vue dégagée sur l'ßle.

Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine décloisonnés donnent une ambiance contemporaine. La cuisine est bien équipée, les propriétaires ont essayé de fournir plus que ce à quoi on pourrait s'attendre d'une maison de vacances typique.

Cette maison loin de la maison est joliment meublée, avec 2 chambres avec leurs propres salles de douche attenantes. Un lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux offre à 4 personnes confort et espace. Tous les draps et serviettes de plage sont fournis.

Exceptionnellement bien placé pour les commodités locales, non seulement pour se détendre pendant la journée, mais aussi pour profiter de la gastronomie et des bars que cette région a à offrir - le tout à distance de marche!

Great vacations!

The condo is perfect for a family. Very well equiped and clean. Close to the beach and services. The only minimal pitfall is that the patio is noisy because of the cars on the street below. Louise is a wonderful host who answer quickly all my questions. We highly recommend this unit.

Have to go with GOOD; it was nice. The amenities for the beach were phenomenal. We have never stayed anyway that offered so much. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. But every time upon entering the musty smell of mold made it difficult to stay inside for any length of time. We spent a lot of time out on the deck/patio area. The sitting area inside isn’t very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together for a king, which is what we are accustomed to. However, the twin on my side of the bed had a very evident indent before even getting in. So we used the queen bedroom or I did because my husband had trouble getting comfortable in that bed. So he moved to the twin side of the king that was okay.

We had a fantastic stay in Louise's property. It was the perfect home away from home for our family, in a great location close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well-maintained and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't go back home w/ a suitcase full of dirty laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay on Grace Bay

Everything about Louise's property was perfect for our week long stay. The unit and amenities were even better than advertised. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach amenities (cart, floats, chairs). Short walk to the perfect beach at Grace Bay and very convenient to many great restaurants and shops. No issues using the included amenities at Grace Bay (beach chairs, pool, fitness center). We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great property, loved the convenient location of being in close to the beach and close to grocery store, restaurants, and stores. Walkable to all those things. When we needed to go further we scheduled a taxi.Found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Everyone enjoyed the outside deck.Great communication before stay.

10 days off season

Our party was 4 adults, ages 59 to 30. Check in is very intuitive, there’s keys in the lock box by the door. The condo is very well maintained and stocked with beach items, kitchen supplies towels and bed linens. Resorts access is convenient with about a 5 minute stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

Condo being tied to use the Ocean Club amenities was great! Resort has a great pool, tennis courts and right on Grace Bay. I know some reviews mentioned noise on the balcony from the street. Minor at best, balcony is covered and has great views to the inner island. We enjoyed it everyday we were there. Our only cons was the masterbed being a little loose/squeaky when anyone moves or turns over and could use new pillows. While we enjoyed the condo, grace bay is a busy beach. Our favorite was Taylor Bay Beach on the island and would try to stay near the less busy beach next time.

Louise hoes beyond expectation in creating s stress free bacation. Be aware that it is on third flloor of stairs only building and a walk through the resort buildings to get to the beach.

Perfect place for a Vacation

The location of the place is perfect and close to all restaurants and shopping in Grace Bay. The adjoining Ocean Club is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The kids absolutely loved the spacious pool and spent the afternoons there. The beach is gorgeous and having umbrellas and chairs made for an amazing time at the beach. The resort has a bar on the beach which was great for grabbing a drink and even a bite to eat right there on the beach!! The apartment had everything we needed: tennis rackets, beach towels, toys, floats which kept the kids entertained. It’s in a safe location and we walked to dinner every night. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Great home away from home

Great stay! Everything we needed was either in the condo or a short walk away. Beach was a quick walk and great pool area. Onsite restaurant has great sushi. Hotel staff were somewhat dismissive of people staying in the ‘plaza’ but it wasn’t much of an issue.Truly was a home away from home. Only downside was the balcony was overlooking the highway so we didn’t really use it.

We had a wonderful time. The unit is just as described and pictured. The location can't be beat -- just a short walk on a garden path to the pool and beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available so no need to carry anything but a towel and some sunscreen. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Just a short walk to dining and a food market. Overall everything was outstanding -- highly recommend this unit. We can't wait to go back.

Loved Louise's Modern, Well-Supplied Condo

The best supplied condo I've ever seen. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, beach needs, etc. New, modern appliances. Clear communication. Property manager picked up and delivered box of wine and spirits we ordered at nearby wine store. It was waiting for us when we got there. Some things that aren't Louise's fault but just the nature of T&C and Ocean Club West: Short, occasional wifi interruptions, water was off about 1 hour 1 AM, weird "power struggle" between the Plaza and Ocean Club West. The main Ocean Club West staff gave us inconsistent info on whether we were entitled to towels, chairs at the beach, etc. Due to the season, the beach wasn't crowded, so no one questioned us when we occupied chairs and umbrella. Louise supplies beach chairs, soft-side cooler, beach towels, umbrella, water toys and a cart to haul it all to the beach. So you're good if the Ocean Club West people deny you beach amenities.

Great location and property

The property is exactly how it is listed and the photos posted. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and a very nice grocery store ($$$). The beach location is phenomenal. The resort grounds are exactly as posted as well. We ate out for dinner every night and one of our best meals was at the Ocean Club West's own restaurant, "Solana". We used the fitness center which was very nice and equipped with what we needed. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. A few things to mention, the TV can be tricky as another reviewer commented. There were four remotes but only two were useful. The manager was helpful in getting this squared away. Second, the ground level of the property seemed to have a lot of workers going in and out of units. Looked to be used for maybe storage, not sure. People were outside of the first floor units going through a lot of boxes with various things in them. Lots of shoes hanging outside of these doors, some garbage around, and just looked pretty unkept. This seemed to only be on the ground floor. The property owner Louise was great and very helpful. She set up a taxi pick with Jerry. He was very friendly and responsive. He uses WhatsApp to communicate so be sure to have this on your device. For sure this is one of the best properties to stay!!!

Excellent Stay at The Plaza

Spent 9 nights in early November at The Plaza at Ocean Club West. What an excellent location and stay! The unit is exactly as advertised and reviewed - spacious, clean, very well appointed and extremely comfortable and located within a walk of just about everything. Dealing with host prior to arrival was excellent - perfect and accurate communications to make our arrival seamless. Property manager was excellent - although we didn't need her except to coordinate mid-week cleaning as everything was perfect and working properly. The amenities that are available at Ocean Club West are excellent. Beach, chairs, umbrella, pool, bars, restaurants, etc. and all with a 5 min. walk. This unit is very close to a grocery store, many restaurants, shops, bars, etc. - we did not get a car and didn't need one - one time we taxied was back from Hemingway's restaurant as we didn't feel like walking back. In the unit are a few carts that are excellent to use when going to the grocery store to easily bring back purchases. Check out was simple also. Wi-fi worked great in the unit and there's also very good wi-fi around the pool and at beach. Everything about this stay was excellent, would definitely stay here again and are already planning it!

Amazing vacation property

Stayed at this property with my husband and 2 daughters aged 20 and 17 years old. We all enjoyed it and felt right at home. This condo is in a great area, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, and shares the grounds with Ocean West Club resort which is right on the beach. We were able to use the pool and tennis courts and best part is that this resort wasn’t even very busy so we never had issues getting a pool chair or beach chair. All beach chairs had umbrellas which was very nice, and have to say loved the benefits of having our own kitchen and washer and dryer! The condo is in very good condition, well kept and clean! We had cleaning service midway through our week, and she did an amazing job! Loved each minute of our vacation and wished we had more time there! Would definitely recommend this property! Owner and manager were also great with communication and answering all my questions! Would definitely come back and stay here again!

A Tropical Paradise

My two teenage daughters, husband, and I stayed in Louise's lovely condo and truly had a magical time. The condo exceeded my expectations and was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The property was easily accessible to many local restaurants, shops, grocery store, and more importantly to the stunning blue water of Grace Bay Beach! The walk to the beach was easy and having access to Ocean Club West's amenities was amazing! Louise's condo was very clean and had everything in the apartment to help make it a perfect home away from home. Louise and the manager of the property were very kind and easy to communicate with. Louise helped to make the celebration of my husband's and my 20th wedding anniversary during our stay that much more special as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and hope to return to it again sometime in the future.
