Ce condo au 2e étage magnifiquement mis à jour a une incroyable exposition ouest de «Grace Bay Beach» et l'océan qui offre une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil. Il est situé sur le meilleur récif de plongée de l'île, idéal pour les amateurs de plongée en apnée et idéal pour la baignade car le rivage est recouvert de sable fin et blanc.
Il y a 1324 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, et il y a deux chambres séparées avec un lit king dans chaque chambre et une salle de bains privative dans chaque chambre. La plage de Grace Bay a été élue à plusieurs reprises la plage numéro un au monde!

Ce condo a une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec salle à manger, salon, salle d'eau, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Cette unité est idéale pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (de moins de 12 ans).

This was a perfect location, right in front of a protected part of a coral reef which gave way to great snorkeling. The property was clean, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of towels and shampoo and conditioner. The property management was amazing and helped us out when we couldn't get any cash. Overall, it was a great experience and I would come back.

The condo and beach were absolutely amazing. The construction next door started early 7 days per week. It was tolerable as we wanted to get back on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for snorkeling and beach fun

We were very happy with having some of the best snorkeling on the island in front of the property. Everyone was very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Really liked that we had a full kitchen and the bedrooms are on another level with plenty of privacy. 3 bathrooms were an added bonus, highly recommend.

Clean property. Nice locations. Pools were fantastic. Snorkeling off the beach was best on the Island. The restaurant on location, Somewhere, was wonderful!

Great snorkeling!

We really liked the condo being right on the beach and pool was a nice change for our 16 month old! Tyler was very helpful in arranging a 1/2 day snorkel trip that was awesome as well as a grocery shop before we arrived. Construction noise not an issue at all. We did not rent a car but taxis were expensive.

My friends and I were excited to travel to Turks and Caicos! I had researched a few options and found this to be a great price point for ehat we wanted. Excellent location, great restaurant downstairs (Somewhere) and the beach was great! Snorkeling was a must!

Family vacation on Grace Bay

Just great from start to finish- loved the property, the beach was perfect, the condo well equipped, the check-in process with Verne was easy and they made sure my kids and grandkids had everything they needed. Would come back in a heartbeat

Perfect location, great layout

This condo has the perfect layout with basically two primary suites. Perfect for families or two couples. Great location right in front of where everyone snorkels. Beach is beautiful and Jerome is amazing at setting up chairs for everyone. We will be coming back to this exact condo!

Beautiful View

The condo was clean, spacious, beds comfortable, had everything we needed. The view and property was beautiful. Only small complaint is that the AC in the master bedroom could have been a little cooler. Would definitely come again!

Amazing Views

The views were amazing. Loved the sliding doors that opened all the way. Everyone was very kind. We felt like it was the perfect location with the reef right in front of you and a resturant right on the property. It was also within walking distance by beach to many other restaurants.

Great location, friendly staff!

Great location, excellent snorkeling over the coral reef that is literally right in front of the beach at the property. Easy check-in/check-out procedures, plenty of parking, nice & friendly staff. Two king bed master bedroom configuration with separate full bathrooms was ideal for two couples. Beach bar & restaurant on the property was fun & had decent food. Housekeeping cleans the room every day. Would recommend this property!
