20981 Coastal Highway #12- Beach Club - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Conveniently located in Dewey Beach and a mere 2.5 blocks to the beach. This three story town home is dog friendly! The town home has two off street parking spaces and a community pool. The first floor of the home includes and open living, kitchen and half bath. The second floor includes one full bathroom and two bedrooms. The third floor includes a master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Tenants with pets will pay a $200 non nonrefundable pet fee per pet.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $193.00.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- starting June through August
2 Night Stays- Jan through April and October through December
3 Night Stay- starting May through mid June

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

It was a very comfortable place easy access to the beach and walking distance to everything you need. Property management was great with easy Check in and check out.

Yearly beach trip

I chose this location because it is dog friendly and it has a pool. Overall, it was a nice vacation spot. I do wish the bed was a little more comfortable though. I would stay there again.

12 Beach Club

I have stayed in this community for years! Quiet but close to Rehoboth Boardwalk and other De shore spots! Short drive to Ocean City. The pool is the best, nothing like hopping into the pool after a day on the beach! Everything is close and area is quiet for young families too! Easy walk to the beach through beautiful neighborhood!

Great place for Young Adults

The property is centrally located and an easy walk to Dewey Beach and all the town has to offer. The Unit was perfect for our needs and the Pool is a big reason that this property stands out. The property was cleaned very well before our arrival. The carpet on the stairs and on the second floor appeared stained, but as we were traveling with 4 young adults, it was not an issue. The Kitchen could use some updating, and a few more odds and ends, such as a griddle and cookie sheet. Overall, great location, wonderful pool, but a little worn around the edges.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great distance from the beach & walking distance to dt Dewey. Fifer's was a great closeby walk for quick bites & grocery essentials. Pool was a great addition to our time. Our neighbors for most of the week were quiet & cordial. The day after we left a group of young men (next door) left (I think they partied a bit hard the prior night & someone got sick outside). I thought the cleaning crew would hose it down but It was probably not their responsibility. The kitchen was well enough stocked. I wish there was more seating for our family of 5 on the 1st floor. The place could be more updated (paint, minimal decor, remove carpet) but for the value I really shouldn't complain. We wanted a short walk to the beach & a pool so the rest was fine.

We saw a little mold in the shower on the second floor and some near the door vent in the same bathroom. That was my only concern since I have small kids. We will still be staying there again next year!

Dewey beach

We enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but met all of our needs. Pet friendly, close enough to beach for morning & evening dog walks. Nice pool. Small living area & outside of unit just ok. Nice grill but no outside area with table to eat so ate inside all the time. We enjoyed & had a fabulous time with family.
