2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with Fabulous views right next to the Pool!
Wake up to a fabulous view of the McDowell Mountains. This townhome has a fully equipped Kitchen open to the dining and living room flanked on both sides by two bedrooms with two baths. It is the first unit beside the Pool complex which houses the pool, hot tub, gym and BBQ area. It is above the single car garage suitable for a midsize SUV.

Ideally located across from the beautiful McDowell Mountains where you will find abundant Hiking, biking and horse riding trails, while being in very close proximity to Shopping, groceries, restaurants and Bars. Not to mention the famous Westworld complex where Barrett Jackson (among other many events) is held.

The townhome sleeps 6 having two queen beds and a queen sofa bed. Hi speed internet WiFi and cable TV in the living room and master bedroom are included. An in suite laundry room is available for your use. All soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are included. Just bring your toothbrush!

I enjoyed this home for a little over six weeks. The condo was in great condition, very clean and inviting. The location is excellent in North Scottsdale and very close to many amenities. The host was very helpful and I had no issues that required attention. I would certainly stay again.

Great place and host

The condo was as advertised. Issues confronted upon check in were handled very promptly and effectively. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Nice AM sun and view of the mountains and in a very convenient location. Overall, very nice experience.

Wonderful townhouse with great location and amenities.

We loved the location of this townhouse. It had nice views of the McDowell mountains and was a very short walk to grocery store and restaurants. It’s close to nice hiking and mountain biking trails. It’s a nice gated community with multiple pools, clubhouse, gym, pickleball and tennis courts. There are several organized open-play times for Pickleball, as well as an app for reserving courts. The residents in that community were very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of small issues during our 10-week stay, but the owner was extremely responsive and took care of them right away. We highly recommend this townhome and will definitely go back again.

Beautiful Condo in North Scottsdale

The condo very nice, and it was exactly like the photos provided on the website. We enjoyed the pool, spa and fitness center, and the location. It was nice being within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Definitely would book again.

This is the place to stay!!

We loved our stay during the month of February. This property has it all....fantastic location, easy to find, loads of everything you need for the perfect stay. The property is warmly decorated, beds were very comfortable, and the condo is the perfect size to feel homey. The owners, Mike and Angela, were amazing to work with. It didn't matter how many times I bothered them or what my questions were about; they answered immediately and completely. I can whole-heartedly recommend this property. 5 stars!!

Very clean and convenient stay in Scottsdale

My wife and I were looking to go someplace warm to do a work/vacation trip while isolating from COVID exposure in a practical way. While we typically look for a place with a history of traveler ratings, we took a chance based on the pictures and the trustworthy owners, Mike and Angie. The pictures don't do this place justice; it is roomy, very clean, and conveniently located in North Scottsdale. Right out the door is the pool area where we also used the hot tub, grills, and workout room daily. It's walking distance to Basha's, a few restaurants with outdoor seating, and the hiking paths of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. It's also a short bike trip to Horizon Park, where you can pick up the mixed use trails that lead to the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt. The (small) garage and entry is on the lower level and the house is entirely on the second level, up a flight of stairs. The place is stocked with towels, laundry supplies, pretty much everything you would need. The kitchen is also fully equipped for home cooking. It's obvious these are caring owners and the place is pretty much spotless. We hated to leave.
