Our romantic cabin comfortably hosts 2 to 3 guests, with space for up to 4. Imagine waking up to a cup of coffee or tea on the porch, overlooking a serene private pond and listening to the sounds of nature.

Spend your days exploring—just a 15-minute drive to Pigeon Forge or 23 minutes to Dollywood—and enjoy local attractions or a relaxing day fishing right off the deck. When evening falls, unwind in the hot tub or stream your favorite show on the deck-mounted TLC TV for the ultimate outdoor movie night!

Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of the upmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

By booking this listing you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Must sign rental agreement emailed upon booking.

- Must be 21 or older to book.

- 4 persons Max

- 1 Vehicle Max

- Please message host before booking if you have more than 4 persons. An additional charge of $50 minimum per person per night may be considered by host.

- No Pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

-NO fireworks, partying, loud music, or large gatherings allowed at any time. Please be respectful of neighbors.

- Smoking is Not Allowed Inside Leona’s Cabin Retreat. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

- Staircase is a bit steep. May be a challenge for individuals with mobility issues.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult doctor before use. Use the hot tub At Your Own Risk.

- NO Swimming is allowed in the private pond. You may fish in pond from the deck. 🐟

- Check-in begins at 4pm on dates of reservation and will end at 10am on check-out date. We can occasionally allow for early check-in and will let you know if cabin is ready prior to 4pm.

- Cabin is on a well, but has a top-of-the line filtration system for all water coming into the home.

- Aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are NOT provided.

- NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

- Although we RARELY see bears, there is a super friendly neighborhood dog who may stop by and greet you to ensure your having a 5-star stay. He is a very sweet boy, but if you have a fear a dogs this may not be the best fit for you.

-This cabin is in the mountains so cell service may be spotty.

-There may be some twisty roads.

-This cabin is in the forests/mountains, so you may see bugs or critters. We do our best to maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, if doors are left open, or if food is left outside, this can attract critters.

You will be provided an electronic house manual prior to check-in that will provide you will everything you need to know about the cabin in order to have a comfortable stay 😊
