An open-concept floor plan revolving around a grand fireplace forms the heart of this residence.
This gourmet kitchen was designed with a master chef in mind and leaves nothing for wanting. It's complete with a high-end chef's stove with a griddle, 3 ovens, and a fine-crafted wooden breakfast bar. Not to mention it's complete with all of the gadgets one might need.
The chalet boasts five bedrooms, three of them being lavish master suites, ensuring everyone can retreat to their private haven. Of course, there's a room with bunk beds for the younger guests as well.
In the spirit of keeping everyone entertained, the game room is equipped with Skee-Ball, an air hockey table, and an arcade race car game. There's also a dedicated children's area, creating a perfect little nook for the younger guests to enjoy.

Guests' Rules
Welcome to the Guests' Rules for Starlight Chalet. Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
1. Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (12 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
2. Parking: Space for 5 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.
Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

*NOTE: The TV nex to the pool table downstairs is currently out of order

* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.
Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
