Good stay but...
We had a good stay at this apartment which is a few minutes by car from Boothbay. Inside the apartment is clean and as described. When we arrived In the restroom the look was not perfect :there were some empty cleaning bottle and a empty bag on the floor, the curtain hiding the products was opened, but it was clean and there were many products to choose and from.This is minor.
The main thing to improve is the outside entrance of the apartment which is located on the ground level. It was not at all welcoming with the garbage and recycle bins, cleaning things, around the door, old objects on the floor. There was a pretty outside table but we could not use it, because it was occupied with things around. It still could have been ok if all of the stuff had been well maintained and organized to give us some nice space outside and to give us something agreeable to look, instead we didn't wish to stay out and the look was depressing.
The contact with Benjamin was very good, in general, but the instructions for the arrival were not clear and we had to call him.
The apartment is still a good value and nice inside. I hope some efforts will be made to improve the outside living area for the future renters. That would make the stay a near to perfect one.
