Nestled right on the water, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a front-row seat for sunset views from its spacious porch. Indoors, two TVs—one equipped with a Roku stick in the living room, and another in the second bedroom with free streaming channels—ensure entertainment. Fully furnished, including cookware and dinnerware, with provided towels and sheets. An outdoor kitchen with a grill beckons, and a boat dock is available for boat enthusiasts. Beach access for swimming. Just 28 miles from Cypress Bend Golf Resort, and a mile from Pleasure Point boat launch, with South Toledo Bend State Park nearby for hiking.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful lake house, the house was very clean and very nice inside. The house was very well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms. We sat on the front porch and looked out over the water,,then we would go to back porch and sit and look at the tall pine trees and the trails going up the hills. Just a wonderful place to relax. Kristi, the owner is an excellent host.

It was very nice place to be. Clean, nicely equipped with modern facilities. Internet was difficult to get. It was out in the country so drive was nice cause of the trees.

The house is even better than the pictures! Very spacious and comfortable. So many different areas to hang out and play games and cook! There are a few other houses on the same property available to rent as well, so the dock and grounds are shared. Makes a great place for multiple families wanting to stay together. This is the second time we’ve rented a property from Kristi. Great host! Thanks again!

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We were concerned about the AC's keeping up with this extreme heat, but they did beautifully. Location was perfect and the beach was nice. The beds were very comfortable.

I have lived on or near Toldeo Bend Lake for most of my life. I grew up here from the time that I was 17 years old and have lived here for nearly 30 years.

This property is located on family land that has been ours for generations before the lake was even formed. Being on the lake is my favorite place to be.

You will see some of the most beautiful sunsets from the front porch. It's also open enough for stargazing.
