Pleasure Point Place WATERFRONT Cottage

Relax with your whole crew at this peaceful lake getaway! This 4bed/2bath waterfront cottage offers stunning main lake views with dockable calm cove access on Toledo Bend Lake. Located only minutes from the sandy beaches of Pleasure Point Park and South Toledo Bend State Park. Bedrooms have queen size beds for a comfortable night's rest. Enjoy the large patio, outdoor grills, fire pit, and lighted path down to the dock for night fishing. Cove is ideal fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Tons of wildlife can be seen around the property, including squirrels, geese, turtles, and occasionally bald eagles. Boaters can launch at Pleasure Point Park which is approx 2 mins away and dock at our house. Boat dock has light and power for charging boat batteries.

The house was nice and clean. Only "complains" are the house has no numbers on the outside so it was difficult to make sure we were at the correct place on arrival. Secondly, the transition between kitchen and dining room needs some way to clearly mark the change. We tripped several times over the floor there. Other than that we had an amazing time!

Lakehouse fun, relaxation and so much more

We just had the best time! Clean, comfortable, roomy, and BONUS, every room has its on A. C. Thank you! My family owned this property for 40 years, but the new owners and upgrades are amazing! Thank you! We felt right at home! We fished off the dock both morning and evening
just caught as soon as you’d drop your worm in! Mostly small bream and catfish but, it fit the bill for these ole cane pole folks! I relived plenty of lil girl memories. Don’t miss this one! It’s a great lake stay, the cove is perfect to bring your boat into! And the front porch gave us the most magical sunsets! God willing, we will come again!

Wonderful Weekend Wedding Spot!!!

Josh is amazing, and kept in constant contact with us at all times, helping us with any issues as at all that we had. Lovely home and exactly where we need to be in relation to the wedding venue and our friends and family. It was a wonderful time.

Perfect home on Toledo Bend

We were in town for a bass tournament with 2 trucks 2 boats. Plenty of parking more than you will need. Home is well equipped with supplies. The A/C is awesome. Outdoor area is great as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed every minute of our day stay at this vacation house. The location is perfect. We had our own private fishing hole that had a lot of fish in it. The whole house felt welcoming. We all loved the set up and location. Josh was easy to get in touch with and connected us mid trip to check on us. THIS WAS A PLUS for us. We would recommend this rental to everyone.
