This stay was unacceptable. Just spend more at another place that is better. The host was nice and communicative, but she wasn't there and while I was patient for the first few days, it became unbearable since everyday had a new problem arise.-No building key provided; told to use a credit card to bypass the lock. The complex key fob was deactivated, requiring manual intervention from security guards for every entry/exit.-30% of our stay was without electricity, so we had to shower in cold water since the boiler didn't have electricity either. Water was brown from the shower, we were told by the host to allow the water to run for a while before jumping in.-Water leaking through electrical light fixtures.-Poor cleaning led to me and my family getting sick and me unable to sleep some nights because I could hardly breathe through the dust and dirt.The host's "fixes" were temporary and new issues arose daily. We were forced to spend our vacation managing property failures rather than enjoying our trip. Total lack of accountability from the host and VRBO, who say they haven't been able to contact the host.

I loved it a lot, the apartment was just what you needed, it has everything you need in the kitchen, the essentials such as cooking salt, sugar, coffee. oil, water it I felt like in my own house. The bathroom is very clean, as are the rooms. all very comfortable and beautiful.

The owner and property manager were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was the perfect size and very comfortable. The security was very comforting. The distance from the airport and city was perfect.

Clean, comfortable and near the airport

This listing is in a gated apartment complex that has a nice pool, kids play area and basketball court. The parking spot is narrow but clearly marked. As a courtesy you might want to park straight and fold your mirrors to avoid accidental bumps. Inside the second floor apartment is clean and bright with decent quality furnishings and linens. There is a stacked washer/dryer unit which is a plus but there is no hot water, so be prepared for cold showers or heat a pot of water on the stove. The kitchen had bottled water, coffee, sugar, salt and cooking oil if you get the urge to cook, I ate out myself. If you need a ride the guys at the guard shack are very accommodating. Ignacio works days and John works nights. Both are very knowledgeable and happy to help. Given the chance, I would stay here again.
