We had a a great stay. It was a quick trip. Easy to find and access. It was very clean and beautifully remodeled. The beds were comfortable. They had nice amenities and thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes if you forgot yours. Good communication

Super clean space. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find. Basement apartment so did hear some quiet TV noises and some walking from home above but nothing that was annoying or beyond expectations. Great communication w/host!

We enjoyed our stay. This is the third year we have stayed here. We appreciate the kitchen living room area. The bathrooms are well equipped with little extras to help you enjoy your stay. It’s very clean and quiet. We enjoy the ability to have good conversations and fun. The home is well equipped. A great experience!

The beds are not very comfortable. There was no where to hang your towels in the bathroom after taking a shower and at times it was a bit noisy with the family living above us. But it was Clean, the check in and out process was very easy and our granddaughter loved the toys in the bunkRoom. Thank you

Comfortable spot for a quick one-night stay

We were a group of 2 parents and 4 young adults driving from LA to Denver, and this house was a convenient and comfortable spot for an overnight stay. We arrived after 11 pm (we'd communicated to the hosts that we'd be arriving then), and they left the outside lights on for us, as well as providing clear instructions about how to get in. Beds were comfortable and welcome after a long day on the road, with another long day ahead of us the next day. We stayed only about 12 hours, so we didn't have time to explore the area, but if we were planning a longer trip to this area, we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for providing a comfy spot for the night -- much appreciated!

Hosts are responsive, close to shopping, freeway, and drive to Cedar Breaks or Bryce isn’t bad from here. Recommended!

Weekend teip for competition

Our daughter had a dance competition and we found this property. It was much better than a hotel. It might just be a basement but it felt like home. We loved the spacious feel and the amenities. When we realized our teen son forgot his toiletries it was a relief to find a spare toothbrush! It was quiet, private and clean. We would stay here again. Thanks for offering such a nice property!

Quick overnight

We came to Cedar for a HS football state championship game so just a quick overnight. It was such a cute, clean setup and amazing communication I’m sad we couldn’t stay longer! If we are in the area again I’d definitely come back to this place.
