The condo was perfect! Our only thing would be that us wasn’t cleaned very good. I don’t feel we are being extra picky about it. The counters had a film on them,the stove had grease splatter all over and the floors made my socks black. The condo itself was great you just might want to had a chat with the cleaning crew

Check-in was simple. Kitchen was clean. Dishwasher didn’t clean well so had to do pre-wash. Could use a few more basic items. Teaspoons, full set of measuring cups and spoons. Otherwise we had what we needed. B

This was our 4th year staying in 507. We had a great time with no problems . We found parking on 5th floor . The Wi-Fi was very good. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a very nice condo. There are a few things that need attention. Matresses broken down and terrible. Living room fan doesnt turn on. Sliding glass door is EXTREMELY hard to open. Washer isnt great.

Sunsational Vacation!

The condo was nice as well as all the amenities! The beach cafe and the gift shop were nice and the food was good. The Splash pad, swimming pools, and lazy River were all enjoyed! The owner of the condo explained everything perfectly with a handy booklet for references. He was very fast to respond to one request.

The condo was nice. There were a few maintenance issues that were addressed quickly and some things that needed to be checked into that we did not discover until we were there a couple of days. One thing was the master bed, it needed new box springs and was loud as well as uncomfortable. The other thing was the clothes washer, it made a really terrible noise when it switched from the wash cycle to rinse mode. The washer worked ok but sounded like it needed repair. The cleanliness was lacking but we did some cleaning and it was better.I would say if it was brought up to par it would be great. These were minor issues and I am confident they will be fixed.

Great Condo

This was our third year staying in this unit. We like the location and the set up. Everything was in working order and we had no problems. We enjoyed the on-site cafe and bar very much. We ate there several times. Food was good. Beach service was great also. Parking was no problem. We parked on the 5th deck all but one time. We really enjoy staying at this property.

Don't count on wifi

The wifi for this unit was not available! When I reached out to the owner, I was told to just join any other units that were available (unsecured). Barely got 2 bars and had to stand in certain parts of the unit to even connect!

LOVE OBA

The unit itself was so nice! Very accurately described. We actually were checking in as the unit was getting finalized for our stay and the housekeeper was so nice! She told us to look everything over and if we weren’t satisfied to come get her as she would be next door cleaning. The unit was cleaned very well! Some things to be aware of regarding the property: -The elevators are SLOW and so busy! -If you have a beach wagon expect to wait even longer for an elevator. With 32 floors most of the elevators are full before they reach the 5th floor to go down to the beach. -If you want to enjoy floating in the lazy river bring your own float! There are not very many floats at all to use and they are not marked belonging to the complex so it does make it confusing if you are trying to get one. -Parking garage is a little tight. You cannot always park on the 5th level especially if you leave in the evening to eat and come back you are looking at having to park on the 8th or 9th level. PROS: -The splash pad is great for littles! -Straight boardwalk to the beach -Not allowed to set up in a certain part with personal tents. This made it so nice having a walkway directly to the water. -The adult pool having loungers in the water! So relaxing on those hot days. Overall the condo was great! We would book again.

Fantastic view!

The balcony was with the whole trip! But cleanliness was an issue. Had to spend the first 20 minutes wiping down sticky counters (melted chocolate on nightstand!?) and cleaning toilets before unpacking a thing.
