I was so pleased with my stay and had a great vacation. It was spacious enough for 5 adults. I’ve been using Vrbo for several years and this is the best stay yet. It was cleaner than most beachfront condos, I was very satisfied. It was in a prime location near many attractions and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

full unobstructed view on the beach! Excellent location, directly in the center of Panama City Beach. SUPER CLEAN and the owner is awesome! I highly reccommend.

The decor is out of date and dark for the beach. Could use a good scrubbing and fresh paint. The frig ice maker did not work. Spoke to the host about fixing, but no one ever came. The master BR TV could never get a channel other than cartoons. The living room TV was always buffering and would go out of service. You can hear the tenants above you walking and kids running, sounds like a bowling alley. The furniture is worn and dark, patio furniture isn't what is pictured, no high top table or chairs. Great view, great location, Beds sleep well, it just needs updating. I had family in another unit and there was night and day difference between the two and their pricing was less. Their water heater went out and it was replaced the next day.

I had six reviews this year prior to the current review with 10/10 as future tenants can read on my website. I keep all furniture updated as well as appliances and televisions. The balcony furniture has been replaced since the picture on the site was first taken with new cushions and seating. Unfortunately, neither I or other owners in the complex have control over sounds made in individual units. All owners have the same Internet and cable service. There is a sheet in the living room console that gives a phone number if a renter has any issues with the television service. My unit has also recently had LVP flooring placed in every room except the two bathrooms. The previous tenant did text me that the icemaker wasn’t working, and I told him to go out and buy a few bags of ice and I would gladly reimburse him until I could get my appliance company scheduled for a visit. I am a hands-on owner who gives my email and phone number out to all renters. Thanks. Linda

Beautiful view!

Our condo stay was great! The 2 king beds and queen bed was great for our family. We experienced no problems and it supplied everything we needed even a box fan. The owner was very responsive if we had a question.

Family Vacation

It was a beautiful condo and everything was very convenient. No long walks from parking, no long lines at the elevators. No getting up at 6 am to get a chair, we did this for years. The view from the condo was incredible. It was perfect and we will be back!

Clean and accessible

Handicap accessible was helpful. Building manager Joanna was amazing! She was very sweet and knowledgeable of the area. Furniture was comfortable, but lots of unnecessary pieces that took up space. Could have used room darkening curtains, better AC, and cable TV. Generous of Mrs. Linda to include the chair set up on the beach. Condo was very clean up on arrival, simple check in and checkout process.

We had a wonderful time! The place was amazing! We had front row seats to the fireworks! Sunset was gorgeous! Beach was white and ocean was clear for a long way out. We so appreciated the two lounge chairs that came with the condo. The only down fall was everybody kept pop ups in front of our lounge chairs. They were jam packed from our chairs to the beach. The guy that put up the chairs argued with people to move their tents to no avail!!! Our host was very responsive! Elevator was fast! The gentleman that managed the place made his presence known in case there were any problems, which there was not! He was super helpful & friendly! The building was smaller with less condos but so much better than the huge one because less traffic & people! We also had 2 king beds and 1 queen with 2 large bathrooms!

Great Condo in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The condo is actually nicer than it looks in the photos. It looked like carpeted bedrooms in the photos but was actually hard flooring which I prefer. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen items. It was nice that there was a Keurig-type and a regular coffee maker. We enjoyed the included the beach service - I only stay in condos that include that as we have enough stuff to take down to the beach. :-) We would stay here again.

Relaxation at it's BEST!!

Great location, beautiful water and the beach was not too crowded. The condo was spacious with a great view. I would recommend this property to anyone and would look in to going back in the future. The property owner was very good communicating with us and I really appreciated that.

Can't Wait to go Back

The owner was very helpful and gave us our information about codes and all well in advance. The cleaning lady let us move in stuff early. Then the stay was great, beautiful beach with great staff, condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. So wishing I could go back again this year, but it will have to wait.

Amazing Condo!

We were surprised at the spaciousness of the condo! The location was great, beach was pristine and easily accessed. Decent sized balcony allowing for two lounge chairs, a small table and chairs, and a storage compartment. The furnishings were were very nice and well taken care of. Large master bedroom and bathroom. Large spare bathroom. Linda was great to work with and very helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Great condo for our family vacation!

We loved the condo for our family vacation! The condo had plenty of space, all the amenities and a beautiful ocean view! Also, we really liked the MariSol being smaller because of easy parking and elevator useage!

Great Vacation in Panama Beach

It is one of the smaller resort buildings but that was not a problem. Made getting an elevator quick. The view is beautiful from the balcony but the patio balcony is one of the smaller ones compared to other resorts. I LOVED that the unit supplied us with the beach chairs and umbrellas. They are very costly on the beach ($40.00 a day) but was included with our unit.
