Si vous voulez voir la vue la plus spectaculaire de la plage de sable blanc et des eaux émeraude, ne cherchez pas plus loin. La vue de notre condo au 11e étage est une vue à voir. Après avoir passé une semaine dans notre maison loin de chez nous, nous espérons que vous voudrez en faire votre destination de vacances annuelle.

Vous aurez du mal à trouver un complexe avec l'ambiance de Summerhouse. Il y a des ascenseurs vitrés, deux grandes piscines côté plage (une chauffée), un bain à remous, une piscine pour enfants, des installations pour se prélasser et un gazebo pour s'asseoir à l'ombre (situé entre les piscines et le golfe). En outre, le complexe dispose d'un bel aménagement paysager soigné qui a remporté plusieurs prix ainsi que d'être sécurisé avec 24 heures de sécurité. Les locaux extérieurs comprennent également des courts de tennis et de racquetball, un jeu de palets et une aire de pique-nique / grillade.

Parlons maintenant de l'intérieur du bâtiment. Il contient une immense salle commune dans le hall joliment décorée et peut accueillir des réunions de famille ou simplement se détendre avec la famille et les amis. Le hall comprend également une salle de jeux bien surveillée avec billard et jeux à pièces.

Maintenant pour notre condo. Il a été récemment modernisé avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, de la peinture et de la moquette fraîches, de nouveaux meubles et meubles muraux et une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil. La chambre principale a un lit king et la chambre d'hôtes a un lit double et des lits superposés. Il y a une combinaison baignoire / douche dans la salle de bain principale et une douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain pour invités.

Le canapé du salon se transforme en canapé-lit, tout comme la causeuse. Le salon et la chambre principale disposent d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD intégré. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'une télévision à écran plat sur le dessus de la commode avec des chaînes premium comme le font tous les ensembles.

La vue sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon est à couper le souffle !!! Veuillez envisager de passer une semaine ou vos vacances d'automne / d'hiver à court ou à long terme dans notre belle maison SUMMERHOUSE.

Great place to stay with family!

We had a great time at Summerhouse. The condo was perfect for our family of four. It has everything you will need for your stay. The pools were clean and refreshing. The property was clean and open. The best part was the beach! Only a few feet from one of the best beaches…white sand, blue waters, a great place for the kids to build sand castles. There sunsets were amazing here. Looking forward to coming back again!

Reach for the top/Summerhouse

I called the cleaning agency as soon as we arrived. The kitchen cabinets were dirty with old coffee stains and even hair. Both bathrooms were also dirty. The shower curtain in the master bath is covered in mold!! It is absolutely disgusting! The beds were average; we looked over them before getting in them! We had to wash all the master bath towels that has been stored under the sink because of a musty smell. The only good thing about this condo is the view of the beach!

I rent this condo for my mom who purchased the property less than a year ago and began booking it last December. I take my job as her manager very seriously and strive to provide each tenant with an enjoyable vacation experience. In the condo information sheet, I list the cleaner's name and number for renters to call if they have any issues with the cleanliness of the condo as was done in this situation. The tenant emailed me after their vacation and informed me that they had called the cleaner upon their arrival and shared that the cleaner immediately came to the premises to respond to their complaints. The renter further shared that the cleaner was prompt, polite and courteous to their requests. I spoke to our cleaner personally after the tenant commented about the mold on the shower curtain. He replied that he sprays the curtain with bleach regularly to keep it mold free. Since the rentals were initiated in December, I have had 14 tenants prior to this renter and 3 more since they departed, and no one has ever mentioned a musty smell in the master bathroom. My mom and I have been to the condo five times since the purchase and never encountered a smell. I make it a point to address any issues that arise in a timely fashion so that my customers can have a relaxing vacation. Linda

Condo was amazing!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was more than enough room for 4 adults. Check In was fast and easy and Linda was a very good communicator. We highly recommend staying here. I do however have a suggestion (not a complaint) The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open and close. They might need a little grease or oil put on the tracks.

Perfect beach condo!

Just got home from our 6 night stay. The condo was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of 6. The view out the sliding glass doors in the living room and master were breathtaking! Couldn’t have asked for a better condo! We will definitely be back!! Already missing Summerhouse!

Good for the price

Alright overall. Our rental was smaller and a little outdated, but good price. Could have been cleaner, especially the patio doors to see our ocean view. Hot tub very small. Check in the day of arrival, gal seemed very uninterested since we had door key and information. Next day when I had beach chair questions she acted as if I hadn't done something properly. Beach chairs came with unit, but the guy in the shack was barely there to let us know what chairs to use. Wasn't there at all first day. Construction in apartments during day ruined our relaxing beach experience in front of resort. Skill saw noise and jack hammer outside on end unit. Not the fault of our unit renters, but unhappy with property.

Constant elevator issues!

Elevator went down on a daily basis to include the night of our wedding and the morning of checkout. The condo is on the 11th floor. Owner was great to work with and condo was as described. Views were beautiful.

Could not ask for a better place.

This place was everything and more, great location, not in the middle of everything but close enough to do everything just steps to the beach, room was super clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Great Vacation

Condo was nice. Newly renovated 2nd bedroom and bath were good. Master bath was not updated. Elevator was extremely slow with no air and long waits in Building B. Elevator stopped working night before we left while trying to take everything down from 11th floor. Waited 15 minutes and had to get Security guard to get it going again.

Simple, family friendly

Our first time on this end of the beach, we chose this place for the smaller size and easy parking. Pictures are a little deceiving, the kitchen is tiny, however as a family of 3 it totally served our needs. Master bed was super comfy and the unit was pretty clean; did find a few soda bottles under furniture. It was overall perfect, it is a little dated but it really worked well for our family. Only negative is a few of the fry/omlette pans need to go; we gave up cooking eggs after the first day and security is strict, they refused to let my son in the hot tub even with me. Thanks Linda!

Nice overall but had room for improvement

Loved the location and layout of the condo. Enjoyed pretty much everything. The only issues we had were lights (which I had to replace myself) and cleanliness. It wasn't very clean. I would most likely stay there again.

Great getaway

Everything was clean and the condo was spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and the balcony view was awesome. We had a problem with the ceiling leaking over the top bunk in the second bedroom. We had to double up for a couple of nights because it had a slow drip. Maintenance came up almost immediately when we called. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Clean and comfortable! Easy beach access and family friendly complex!

Location was excellent. It was great fun to watch fireworks from balcony and convenient to go down the elevator and directly out to beach with your beach gear. Spaces were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was updated and well appointed for our needs. A/C worked well and we were always comfortable. Washer and dryer was a definite bonus. The owner, Linda, was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
